the Ansatsuken arts was originally supposed to be used with the dark hadou. Akuma welcomed it, gouken fought against it and ryu is still fighting it. but im not sure about ken. i suppose he added more "style" in his performance so we really dont see ken affected by it
It's done deliberately to make all the game console players believe their body fat from lack of exercise is body muscle like Oni's so Capcom can ensure the players keep playing the game.

I don't think Ryu would almost fatally wound anyone without losing control. I think the Dark Hadou took him over for an instant, Sagat got his chest fucked up, and Ryu's been fighting the Dark Hadou ever since. But yeah, it never managed to take him over fully. Dan also swears revenge in the game.
I don't know much about these guys but I'll try to explain: Oni is basically a super saiyan Akuma and his giant neckless gives him that power. Ryu took the last bead from him so Oni could not become invinsible. Somehow, the bead synced into Ryu's chest (I think) and made Ryu become extremely aggressive, violent and VERY powerful. More powerful then Devil Jin from the Tekken series. This all may not be true but it is the best I can give you. Sorry to all those SF fans who thinks this is bullshit.

You missed what I said. They use exclusively special because they are machines. They don't defend correctly because they are assigned to draw the game. Combining the two phrases we have "[...]they're two damn machines assigned to acheive draw game[...]"

Evil Ryu and the announcer have a cool voice is the SUPER version.
Also Ryu looks and reminds me of Akuma.
Akuma had abandoned ALL his humanity, his warrior code and gave in to the satsui no hado, which in return transformed him into Oni.

I think the hole in his chest comes from a Gohadouken that Akuma threw at Ryu. I'm not honestly sure. Also, the fire mark is badassery, I guess xD.
