Careeful: polarized lenses often block or dim your view of screens, such as car dash or airplane instrument panels.
Correct! This is definitely something to consider when choosing polarized lenses. They will, in some cases, affect one's ability to view screens. Many people accept this for the benefit of blocking unwanted glare which is especially important for any work or activities occuring around water or if one is particularly sensitive to light. 🕶

Really good information. Thank you!
Our pleasure! Glad it was helpful!
Hi Rob, what are the model of your 2 glasses.
Thank you for the awesome videos. Very good information! Do you have a preferred dealer in Sydney, Australia? I need prescription safety work glasses. Australian standards. Thank you, Billy
Hi Billy! Unfortunately, we do not have a preferred dealer in Australia but we are able to ship to Australia. Check out our safety prescription eyewear here: www.sportrx.com/shopby/best_sports-safety_ansi.html?is_eligible=1. Thanks for tuning in!
Man I have been searching for some good gun shooting glasses finally found you all...
Loving the videos, great job!! I went to tour site,i see that u dont carry the oakley crosshair 2.0,which i think are good for my head ,i have a big head and i bought the crosshair and they are nice, but the lens are small for my head,61mm,iwant metal frame but with lens size a bit bigger ,my temple to temple is like 139mm,any recommendation? Thanx
Hey Jose! Wiley X does offer metal frames in the Klein www.sportrx.com/wiley-x-klein.html and the Hayden www.sportrx.com/wiley-x-hayden.html. The temple size is a bit shorter than what you're looking for but if you'd still like to try them, we do offer a great test ride program. You can find out more about it here www.sportrx.com/test-ride-program.

Quick question can I use 2 gift cards from sport rx to pay for 1 order?
@@Diana6053 You sure can! You’ll just have to call the order in and an optician can help with a split payment
I got mine prescription wrap arounds with an ArmourRx frame.. maybe something else you guys can touch on down the road is the limitations of prescriptions in wrap around frames. I have high prescription myopia as well as horrible astigmatism.. while I got them from a reputable vendor through my company, they failed to reach out and let me know that some people actually have trouble adjusting, even to their current prescription, due to the inherent base curve of wrap around frames. I've tried my hardest to adjust but my vision is still distorted. Please ask your optician if wrap around frames are recommended for your prescription so you don't waste your time and/or your money!
I feel your pain. My employer got me some wrap around prescription safety glasses and my eyesight could never adjust. It make sense what you stated.
Have they came up with a way to do the oakley m frame alpha glasses yet??
if you're asking if that frame is available in Rx, unfortunately no, they are not. But that okay, because you have Wiley X!
Do you also provide lanyards designed for these specific frames?
Some of these options com equipped with a unique strap for the model and others would be compatible with more generic straps the Wiley makes for their gasses. You can know for sure by reaching out to one of our friendly, knowledgeable opticians at 888-831-5817
I own a pair of the shield type but they give me a fish bowl effect. Will the regular type give me the same effect
Everyone's eyes are different but generally speaking a lens without curvature or wrap (so flat) should alleviate the fishbowl effect. Hope this helps!
Chicago IL here. Can you recommend a dealer here that can provide safety glasses for on the range shooting?
Hello! Not sure about providers in your area BUT you can take advantage of our test ride program which let's you try on the frames first before proceeding with the prescription lenses. Click on the link below for more details!

I appreciate all the information. I'm just curious why you even had the representative there. She never got to say anything except for the word "yes'
Yes😲. But, I'm glad she wore the sunglasses at 4:00. To my eyes😳, she looks really good wearing them! Me, I don't need glasses😍👁👁.
I’m skeptical to order from the website. Do you guys do returns? I found glasses that won’t make my nose stand out and their like 50 dollars. If I don’t end up liking them can I return? Thanks
Great Question, you certainly can! Check out our return policy as well as our Test Ride Programe that allows you to try on the frames before purchasing lenses...

Which model would be best for full face helmet?
The deep but thin temples on the Tide make it a great option for use beneath full face helmets 👍
Can the rx inserts be made for my m frame alpha oakleys?
If you have a prescription insert for that frame, then you can send the insert to us and we can make Rx lenses for it!
I want to buy a Wiley, but I'm wondering the difference between Rogue and Saber.
Is Saber an evolution of Rogue?
Hello! While the Rogue and Saber are somewhat similar, they are in fact different frames overall. In addition to size, the frame, temple, and lens cut are unique to each model. I'd recommend the Saber for the option to purchase additional lenses to accommmodate various lighting conditions. Shooting glasses?
I have progressive glasses, not safety glasses. How much would a pair of your safety glasses cost?
Hello! You can have progressive Rx lenses in a safety rated frame! A 'progressive' lens is essentially a no-line multifocal lens, like bifocals or trifocals. Click on the link to explore safety frames and view pricing after selecting the box labeled 'prescription' on the page for the frame you're interested in.
