Looks like someone must still come in from time to time to check the place. I noticed that broadband router, looks like a BT Homehub 5 or 6, they are not that old. But certainly not been lived in for a long time. But you are so right, the location needs to be kept secret. Can you imagine what the place would look like once the vandals and copper thiefs had been in? Within a week or two the place would be a total wreck. Just such a shame to see the place left like this, more money than sense.
These lot are mates with with the thieves...They make a video pretending to be innocent explorers then send their dodgey cousin and mates in to clear it out
Location is easy to find, been found by loads already , news going round it’s now a police crime scene as something being found inside ‘

Amazing place, it kind of pisses me off though. I pay rent for a shitty shack and folks with more money than sense leave a place like this to rot.

amazing explore, it makes me wonder what tragedy befell the owners and how the place was in its heyday.
That's bonkers, there's no dust, it's a hotel ( going by the rooms being numbered) but there's still clothes in the wardrobes in the rooms ( surely they would be removed by the guests before closing), not many folk would leave behind their thousand pound plus air rifle, there's a disappearing iPad it's almost as if someone is still living there.
Crying shame if it has been left to rot it's a stunning building that with a few grand spent on repairs to the roof would be totally useable

Just crazy, so it's abandoned, somebody is paying the light bill, looks like a perfect place to move right into and live free for a bit.
Sure is a great place - can’t be abandoned with everything that’s inside. I’m sure someone is keeping an eye on it - albeit not very well - judging by the alarm sounding.

Looks more like it's a conference location that went bust and still have unpaid creditors making claims which leaves the property sale frozen until it's resolved.

I never understand the start of all these explores. After the first person crawls thru the door -> take a quick look around and if nothing is blocking a door, just open it and everyone else can easily just come in. Its also an easy known way out if a hasty escape is needed. If any alarm is truly active, stumbling around inside will probably set off the alarm anyway (if an active sensor is on the door trips it from opening). Simply relock it and make sure its as secure as when you got there.

When you have to put numbers in the bedroom doors you have too many rooms. Literally have bathrooms like in stores. It looks more like a fancy hotel than a home. So strange. Where are the pillows?

Some people don't see what that can do damage wise. Plus seems whoever is looking after place for them. Not doing good job if own staff or company hired in look after it.

Nice explore Matt 👍 one thing I noticed, when you went in the snooker room at the beginning all the balls were in the pockets when you left the room but then when you left the building at the end they were all over the table, did one of you guys move them or was there somebody else in the building 👻😂
They were playing games whilst I explored.
If those leaks are not fixed soon, the house is doomed to be destroyed in less than a year. Once water gets in, it's gone.
