It's best to charge it from 20% to 80% battery, that way your battery will be good as new for long time (this rule also applies for smartphones or any other device that has battery inside it). Reason why it's best to charge from 20% to 80% is because that way you apply least stress on the battery, and you increase max number of charging cycles possible.
Oh just charge when u have to when u want to and enjoy your device, u get 800 cycles by the time your battery is weak get a powerbank. Then by 2 years get a new device. No need to be a battery fapper

Hi Viviane, they both not 100% when it come to work-out exercise modes even the counting it is skipping instead 1,2,3,4,5. It counts with 2,4,6,8,0 sometimes more. The Mi Band 6, its with auto pause when you stop in your movement. How ever Huawei doesn't. Sorry I did not use it yet in actual swimming fool under water. Hi Renz, good question I'm not an expert when it come's to that question, because of its AMOLED Screen display they used 60Hz screen refresh rate, a 60Hz display refreshes 60 times per second. The reason why it has a more than14 day battery life for its size. And I did not experience any drop frames, scrolling is so responsive and smooth but sometimes you need to top and slide your finger twice in the screen. Even though amazefit bip u pro has an alexa voice assistant and having 1.43 inch LCD screen while Mi Band 6 has amoled full screen display now. For me, I suggest you go with Honor Band 6, for it has a big Amoled full screen display with 1.47" inch and with regards to battery life span it can last up to 3 weeks which is awesome based on my personal experience. Hi BDentist, I did not review yet the amazfit bip pro, this watch is also great with same functionality like Mi Band 6 and Huawei Band 6. But when it come to size, design and look I like more the huawei band 6 for the full screen compare to amazfit bip pro, and on my opinion I don't like a watch with a logo on the front screen much better without amazfit text with full screen. And with Huawei Band 6 we have a lot of beautifull watch faces that they updating every month for a new design and with strong long battery life, the down side with this one the Music and Photo shutter is not available with iphone only good for huawie and honor smartphone. Hi Viviane, they both not 100% when it come to work-out exercise modes even the counting it is skipping instead 1,2,3,4,5. It counts with 2,4,6,8,0 sometimes more. The Mi Band 6, its with auto pause when you stop in your movement. How ever Huawei doesn't. Sorry I did not use it yet in actual swimming fool under water. Hi JChung, for Huawei Band 6 just go to "Workout" and look for "Outdoor Walk" mode and first top in the screen the icon will pop up zoom and top it again for the second time it will show you the orange check button. Hi Raphael, sorry I didn't test yet in actual swimming fool or beach. Because I'm using that time is the mi band 6. But Huawei Band 6 promises 5ATM water resistance certified to 5ATM standards, this means that they are water resistant to up to 50 metres in depth for 10 minutes. I will keep you posted when i'm going to test it while swimming. I bought Huawei Band 6 for my personal use for rainy days washing my hand and until now still working very good! Hi Konnos, no, I did not experience overheating because of its small battery and it has power saving on and off screen and its new feature "reduce brightness at night" to keep your screen light cool and not to bright. Hi Renz, good question I'm not an expert when it come's to that question, because of its AMOLED Screen display they used 60Hz screen refresh rate, a 60Hz display refreshes 60 times per second. The reason why it has a more than14 day battery life for its size. And I did not experience any drop frames, scrolling is so responsive and smooth but sometimes you need to top and slide your finger twice in the screen.

Mi band 6 is good for IOS and Android user, but the notification messages, text is small than the Huawei and Honor. On my experienced this three smart band is very good on its category. Hi Chris, they both working good with iPhone pwedi sila. But with Huawei Band 6 music play control and photo shutter is not showing in iPhone, only in Huawei smart phone. Mi Band 6 it's all working. Kong okay lang sayo na walang music control and photo shutter. Hi Onmyown, yes there is just go your Xiaomi Wear Lite app in to your phone, look for the Profile at the bottom right. Under "System" click Raise to wake. That feature can help turn ON and OFF automatically your screen without touching the screen. Hi NMR, to add just go to Workout and look for the Customize at the bottom and click the plus(+) sign to add the "STRENGTH" and click the check box and the click "OK" button to add new Exercises Workout mode you wanted. Hi Darkriz, sure they are all good on its own category and sizes. Even though amazefit bip u pro has an alexa voice assistant and having 1.43 inch LCD screen while Mi Band 6 has amoled full screen display now. For me, I suggest you go with Honor Band 6, for it has a big Amoled full screen display with 1.47" inch and with regards to battery life span it can last up to 3 weeks which is awesome based on my personal experience. Hi Gillian, when it come to steps counter on my experienced I will go with Huawei Band 6, even though they both skip the counting, instead of 1234, they count 246810.
