I have this feeling that if Zaeed (and Kasumi too) had a proper dialogue conversation wheel in the Normandy (like all other squadmates), he'll be one of the most beloved characters in the trilogy
Right, he's.. well, crazy, but a gd delight to listen to. I get it, dlc characters, but they would have been such fun to actually interact with!!
@@CityscapeMuse well actually him and Kasumi were supposed to have a ton of unique interactions and a recruitment mission like your other squadmates but time constraints forced them to cut back on those things for them
@@emanuelmartinez7267 it's such a shame that constraints on the creators causes characters to fall short. Like, it's not fair to the game developers either! Sigh
He was so fucking funny at the party in the citadel dlc, it made me more sad we didnt have actual convos with him or Kasumi
Him and Garrus at the party is the best part of the whole dlc.

I played ME2 a million times and I didn't know this dialogue existed. It's great how I'm still seeing so many new things about ME trilogy after all these years. Thanks, Mr Hulten! :)
That makes exactly 2 of us... I played this game more times than i care to count, including Legendary Edition several times by now, but i have never, in any of my playthroughts, seen this dialogue,

The best part is the amount of depth it gives zaeed since you know how much history he has with the blue suns
Man I literally JUST learned about this in my current playthrough because I randomly decided to bring Zaeed😂
There’s also dialogue if you bring Grunt with you. He talks to Bloodpack
Zaeed and Grunt are the best companions for this mission.
I've always bring zaeed with me when I recruit him
I always like bringing Zaeed and Grunt on this mission because of the unique dialogue exchanges they get with the merc leaders
Yeah but then you'd have to delay getting Garrus and no one wants that
I literally bring Zaeed in every Blue Suns encounter
And in the original game, this cutscene would cause Tarak’s head to have a giant hole in it!!

I always found it odd that we fight several Blue Suns units throughout the game, but Zaeed rarely comments about the situations. 🤷
If you take him to rectuit Mordin, he's pleased to see the Blue Suns losing to the Vorcha. If you take him to recruit Jack, when Warden Kuril says "Bounty hunters aren't dependable" Zaeed responds "You're not hiring the right ones"

Just saw this dialouge a few days ago. Zaeed has a lot to say about the Blue Suns and the other mercenary groups.
"Then he started hiring BATARIANS. Cheaper labour he said, Goddamn terrorists I said"

I came across this dialogue back on the 360 version of mass effect 2
i've done this JUST to see if he recognized any of the Suns and i was GIDDY when he did. lol
I also discovered this recently as well actually.
I played ME2 so many times but never saw this. these games are amazing.

In the original ME2 when you meet Tarak on Omega during the archangel mission, he has this huge hole in his head if zaeed is in your party. I mean if The legendary Edition can fix this scene, why not the original? Cause the number of bugs in the original game still pales in comparison to the number of bugs in the remastered version.
Always brought Zaeed and Mordin with me on that mission.
I got 50+ playthrough behind me, and I have never seen this.
I get this every time, because I always switch out Jacob the first chance I get and go for Garrus first

I just found a dialog for the first time. I brought my luv the psychotic biotic to Samara's recruitment mission and when I found Pitne For's red sand shipping manifest, Jack had a dialog I never heard before about drug use. Dont know if its a requirement to romance her but obviously I did... xd

I kinda felt bad about this, because the guy seems genuinely pleased to see Zaeed... And then you just kill him and all his men lol

I always bring him along to save archangel
Zaeed and Thane are the best duo if you wanna make damage, both can made %50 more weapon damage if you choose to upgrade their class skill with the two
But yeah, i prefer having Garrus bro

I've seen this on every playthrough cause I've always played on insanity and zaeed is the best in combat till you get thane
Nah, but he is the best you've got before the real recruitment starts (I mean before Garrus and Grunt)
@@romanzusman2892 I'm talking about how much weapon dmg he does. DPS machine with the 3 rnd burst sniper
@@212mochaman I just beat the game on the hardest difficulty and Id say Kasumi and Thane deal a lot of damage ( and mordin ) . Especially since Kasumis strike attack allows her to recharge her shields because she cannot take damage when cloaking which also does like 3x damage against armored and barriered foes and her flashbang disables all biotic abilities such as harbinger

I never liked Zaeed or Kasumi. I actual prefer to not to kick of the crew after the his loyalty mission but I don't because I want more war assets in ME3.
I never thought this was really rare personally. But I also preferred taking Zaeed over Jacob for this mission as he was more useful than Jacob was
Is it rare if most players swap jacob for him, then go immediately to get our boy Garrus?
i love zaeed. it was great to see him in mass effect 3. too bad you cant recruit him in 3. only thing i hated was his loyalty mission. is it true that even if you let vito get away, that he can still be loyal?
If you have the Paragon/Renegade dialogue option at the end unlocked. Not sure what the specific P/R point requirement is though, sorry.
You have to kill vito. Even tryed with save editor to give max par/ren points.
@@DanielGT_93 in the OG and current ME series I’ve gotten the P/R Speech options without the save editor.

You can do it however you have to carry over a save and do zaeeds mission immediately also if you do this zaeed later in me3 tells you vito was taken away by reapers

just show the gd unique lines like everyone else. this preamblin' is completely unnecessary and unwanted by most who'll click on this i'd wager
I never liked Zaeed so i never did take him on any mission.
Even if you dont like him, hes a pretty good follower to have this early in the game, and I take him to the first collector attack
