Hello bhaji, i am here in california silicone valley. under sink there should be couple of clips atached to granite or plywood holding sink down. no need wood suport. Those clips came loose so reinstall. some time have 2 braces under sink need to be ajusted. look under sink around. Silicone alone will not hold sink.

Saw this video right before watching the TD video posted few minutes back where they come over on his birthday for dinner. Although I could not tell easily from those video shots, looks like the sink was being used and so assuming at least a workaround might have been implemented. And as someone else mentioned in comments (and you indicated), silicone alone will not be enough. Hopefully you found braces that were installed when sink was originally installed - hopefully those along with the 2-part epoxy made it "like new" without using the wooden braces. Becoming handy almost seems to be a requirement when you buy a house. 🙂Good luck.

Good effort but this won't hold. You have to to remove the plumbing and water pipes, remove the sink, scrape old glue and apply new glue, brace it into place and replumb. That is the only way to do it. If you do all the prep work, a granite countertop guy could glue it into place for maybe 300 bucks. Plumbing extra. You're looking at 5-600 minimum but trust me it's worth it if you've never done this before. Obviously doing and failing makes great CZcams content.
U can use silicon tube with the halp of tool silicon tube gun for seal ur kitchen shink in India silicon tube cost is rs 200 and gun cost is rup 150 and this gun u can use long long time because this tool
