The_Devil_Toufu I've read some comments complaining about him focusing on virtual self instead of more "Porter-ish" music. These people don't understand that you can't force GOOD music, especially his type of music. Porter got big from straying away from the mainstream market and playing what was in his heart regardless of the risk. And it worked. Virtual self is him continuing to do that, and its still working. As long as he continues to make his music with passion it will always succeed.

Trance is definitely making a comeback. It started at Escape 2014 when Insomniac decided to make a trance only stage. Then came Dreamstate in 2015. Since then, Dreamstate has grown and I think introduced a lot of people into trance. Earlier this year, some techno DJs played trance in their sets. On top of that, Eric Prydz made Prytrance (stay with me)...Now you have Porter Robinson showing some love with Trance. I'm loving this trend.
*Gene Crazy trance has always been there just because its not in the mainstream its been thriving underground and dont need any mainstream light. Hate when people say its making a comeback when it never left in the first place.*
