Ours was delivered this morn. Love the sleek design. We’ve always had refrigerators with exposed handles but we really like that there are no protruding parts. The LED lighting is bright and our favorite part is that we can see everything in it at a glance. Our old side by side had us pulling out several things before we could find what we needed. Pretty sure we are going to love this! It’s on and getting really cold. Only waiting for the ice to start dropping.

Can’t get filter out of frig to replace
I just received my new refrigerator. Honestly I’m not sure what’s going on. The freezer is -3 and everything is thawing and the fridge is 35, the thermometer is showing 55 degrees. Help!!!!!

I saw when you opened the fridge doors there was a blinking icon do you know what that is? i have one too but have no idea what it is. Looks like a pic of a little grid.

It means it’s time to change your water filter!
Change your water filter, then press the ice on/off and super cool for 3 seconds to reset
I was out of town for 6 months, forgot how to start the ice maker on it. Can anyone help?

I have the same exact refrigerator it’s about 14 old and the left door just fell down? It came loose and out of its track on the bottom. I put it back in but it does the same thing every time you open it! The door would have hit the floor if the wires weren’t holding it! Don’t know what to do? Do you have any advice? Thanks
There is a warranty recall on this. Good luck with Hisense getting back to you though :(
