What blew up my pronation muscle the most was to do static hold and build the leverage on the wrist longer. Like a thick pad between me and the belt. Like a 2" pad. You can't do nearly as much weight with that pad, but the pronation muscle is ballooning because all the tension is on hat muscle.
Awesome! A tip is that when you do the hammer curl, you should have the side of the dumbbell with the most plates on it facing down. That way you can train rising at the same time as the brachialis. Hope it helps

I've only been aw a year and I'm almost 19 super strong, versatile, and technical, I do 1rm training like Devon currently does I've really been working rise and pronation 1rms lately and the results have been tremendous, my outside game is so good now but my inside game is still amazing as well, for only a year I feel like I've def improved quicker because of devon
