Here's a very hasty and lazy orchestration of that song from Sim City 2000 that nobody else seems to like.
Yeah, it sounds a bit weird. That's how it really is, if you check the original.

I do have a thing for sad-ish songs, though. This one doesn't strike me as melancholy, but more like a clumsy contemplative mood.
