Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche Teaching Special Tonglen Instructions

Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche will explain the instructions of Tonglen as given by his teacher HE Garchen Rinpoche. These instructions were given to HE Garchen Rinpoche by his teacher Khenpo Munsel when he was in prison during the Chinese revolution in Tibet. Khenpo will describe the meaning of tong-len (giving and taking) and how these particular instructions are slightly different from the usual description in the text. He explains the visualization and techniques that will be beneficial in our daily lives and practice. This practice is a skillful method to train in relieving suffering and opening our heart/mind to connecting our pain and suffering with those in the world.
