My channel is exclusive to darts only content. I create my content as I simply love to play darts and want to help other dart players improve with my own channel.
All my video's are based on how to play darts as well as advise on equipment and general darts setup with the aim to guide any new players in their darting journey as well as provide more experienced or even professional dart players with dart content to help improve.
I throw around an 80 average myself with my left hand due to in injury and dartitis in my right arm.
I may on occasion use footage from the Professional darts corporation (the P.D.C) as well as The British Darts organisation (The B.D.O). These are used under fair use legislation and all credit should be given the rightful creators. - Sport
Tony and the guys at Custom darts made me a custom set based on a 1980,s T90 that i was given some years ago. I got mine made in Gold PVD coating and they were 100% exactly matching my old ones. So if your not sure i would only say go for it you will not be dissapointed.

Just ordered my own set and saw this video afterwards, I chose the purist grip for most of my dart too but my barrel will be long and straight and only around 6.1mm thick. Can’t wait to get them, only 12-14 weeks to go!
Ordered my own set of custom darts based on Nathan Aspinall’s darts. Most comfortable barrel shape for me, now it’s a 12-14 week wait. Gonna be agonising haha
Huh…that’s a great point you make about the front of the barrel regarding bounce outs. Sounds like solid logic to me for your customs.
I’m curious about the aluminum shaft choice, if that’s a strong preference and/or just an aesthetic you prefer. I haven’t used them in a while because I found I constantly had to tighten them (With my Bottleson Great Whites that they came with anyway). So I use the hard plastic (I think) typical Target shafts until I become more discerning and lock in the hole punched flight with a ring.
With aluminium shafts, you need to use a small rubber ring on the thread to stop it from coming loose. :)
They tend to fly a little bit faster to the board as well as come if slightly different sizes to nylon.
On the downside, the tops can bend but I use tool to squeeze them back. Sometimes, I'll use the tool just to get it to grip the flight better as well.

CustomeMade darts can do it, on his website it's currently £70 with postage. The wait is long, though.
Are those stems small or extra small?
Yeah, I use extra short ali stems or short mission ali stems as they are also incredibly short.
hey...how do u find ur perfect length of ur custom Dart?
I looked at other darts I had and checked for the measurements posted on CZcams reviews.
Most Long straight barrel darts are approx 50mm long.
I wanted the same length as a steve beaton dart 43mm.
Top tip: if you grip the front of the dart the longer the barrel the more rear weighted the dart will be, if your a rear griper this will cause the dart to be more front weighted. 😀
thx for ur answer...i am a rear gripper...playing the steve beaton special edition since few days, i like the grip at the end but sometimes i think it could be more grip there...it is really hard to find what feels good,i tried straight long barrels,but throwing them causes pain in the shoulder and neck because it feels unnormal for me to throw them correct...
@@christianmoritz7431 It is difficult, if you like everything else about the steve beaton get a set made, ask him to make a darts to the same specifications except for the rear grip.
When picking a grip, it's best to touch as many different grips as possible. You don't even need to throw them just find what feels good and ask for this style of grip to be added instead of the existing. :)
thx very much for ur help and tips...very usefull...u have much more knowledge about configurate ur own dart. i am from germany and here is it not so easy for that and much more expensive to gibe it a try...i ordered a set of dimitri van den Bergh to have a better idea about a little longer barrel...
You’ve got 95% tungsten what’s the difference between 90% and 95% ?
95% is more dense so you can make the dart heavier for the mass. It has more weight per capita. Its also a tiny bit more brittle though, so I'd you want a fine grip 90% is better and just go a touch thicker on the barrel.

I just did a order for my custom made darts.. Standard price for the darts is 55£ - then it costs extra if you want more than 1 grip pattern, laser engravings, coating, different steel tips and so on.. So mine is gonna cost 183-184£ including shipping fees..
