This was her 4th performance of this song. The first performance in a small venue in LA. Her second performance on one of the biggest stages in the world when she performed it live with Toby Gad on Andrew Loyd Webber's theatre 'The Palladium in London.
Angelina dropped her Official Music Video of 'If I Were a Boy' The Piano Diaries by Toby Gad. He co-wrote this song with B C Jean and it was made famous by Beyonce in 2008. Toby is working on a reimagining of 9 of his most famous hits and he chose Angelina for this 'reimagination' of this song. This was her second performance released on her Official Channel. They are currently working together on several more songs one of which she performed with her 1st performance of this song at a local nightspot in LA where she also performed this unreleased single called 'Bad Valentine which should be dropping in the next few months. There are also suggestions that they are actually collaborating on Angelina's New Album. Fingers crossed. We are hoping that will soon follow. Toby Gad is a world-renowned multi-Grammy winning songwriter and producer from Germany. I believe we are 'finally' at the precipice of Angelina's introduction to the World Stage and doing it with the power, class and emotion that only Angelina can bring. I like this music video version better than the original piano version. It is a richer sound to me.

He is currently in process of producing an album of his top eight songs called Piano Diaries. He invited Angelina to perform this song with him at piano, which was originally made famous by Beyoncé in 2008, and has received over 600 million views. Most believe this version is much more touching and emotional, and Angelina has made it hers. Move over Beyoncé! Toby and Angelina are working on some original music coming in the next few months, possibly as an album. He is very influential in the industry and this undoubtedly is a huge break for Angelina.

This song is made to be played on the radio! This video was produced and directed by Toby Gad. Gad actually co-wrote this song. The other co-writer of the song, BC Jean, was the first to sing the song as well as the person the song came from. She had just broken up with the man that she loved. Per Toby, they played it for Beyonce one day and she really wanted to sing and use this song, and the rest you say is history. Angelina and Toby have been working together for a while creating new music for her. The song called Bad Valentine will be released in a few months and that song is FIRE!

Good point! In Suspicious Minds and Back to Black she walks in with shoes on, then takes them off for the performance. People who think that she never wears shoes misunderstand her pledge to perform barefoot in order to raise awareness for disadvantaged children. She does it to make a statement, not as a lifestyle choice. She makes intelligently crafted choices, and walking barefoot on city streets is not one of them.
