  • I love Boulder City, the little town that built a famous Dam! Last week, my wife and I had a little "Staycation" vacation away from the homefront, but not from the area.
I booked us a room, actually a suite at the Historic Boulder Dam Hotel. Here is a quick room review of where we stayed.
This is a very historic hotel not only for its location but for its history. Built in 1933 and it was a first-class hotel. It even offered its guests "Private Bathrooms"!
It's not a modern hotel but it has modern amenities. So you need to look at it from that point of view. Classy, elegant, historic, and just plain comfortable. It has 22 rooms! Yes, it's That small and it has a wonderful restaurant! Great location!

What you were charged for the room at the time you stayed there; any additional fees (seems odd that they would charge a resort fee as this in no way resembles a resort, but you never know; check in and check out times. Thanks for the tour.
