Continuously waiting on the vengeance of God or "leave it to God" as most say is not always going to work. The person will even go on and have a much more better life. Taking people into accountability for their actions is what's needed. That's why most African countries are failing. People do corrupt things but we will never hold them accountable but will continue to "leave it to God ". Then the person goes on to have a better life than the people who are cheated.
Edit: This is why countries in which majority are atheists or countries that identify as atheistic are always prospering and going further. They use logic and practicality to solve things. But the" overly religious " countries like the ones in Africa here are always "leaving things to God" and that's why most are lagging behind.

I am a Liberian, and yes you are right Liberians men and women do not get justice meanly, women when they are harmed by foreigners especially the whites, Indians, and Arabs. These people always win their cases in Liberia, do you know why ? It is because of money. Most people in Liberia are poor the native people. I got pregnant by an Indian man in Liberia at the age of 14 going on 15 , my late uncle was angry and took this man to court, my daughter’s father bribed everyone in the court including the judge. As I am explaining what happened to me, I heard the judge say, “your little children need to keep your legs closed to these men.” I don’t think that I remembered what next for me, I almost passed out when I came to myself, My daughter farther was free. Nothing happened to him. So, this is Liberia my dear, they do not care for their own. Look at the video that you’ve posted for example, a Liberian security officer was protecting him, guiding him, because he is their prized possession, their pockets are filled with his bloody money. There are many stories in Liberia like this, this won’t be the first nor the last. Thanks for your service and God bless you and your family.

Tis also good that her husband was arrested and prosecuted for her protection ..But, the judgement of 'not guilty' seems very unfair 😞..But, Jessica in my opinion has not done herself much good either after her case judgement came out 🤨 whether she realizes it or not 😨 l realize that Jessica judgement must have been wound up and infuriated by it 😡 yes hearing the 'not guilty' verdict must have felt do so unfair 😩 but, Jessica's confrontational l behavior to her perpetrator outside court confronting him in public is just showing the public that she doesn't appear to be scared of him at all😨.. 🤔 Although she did this in a public place y Well l guess where she felt safe enough to do this & did out of possible frustration 😫 But, unfortunately not she doesn't seem to be aware of the future consequences of doing this 🤦🏽‍♀️Yes as the racist media covering this story just manipulate black stereotypes of the ' angry black woman' even if her anger about the judgement is understandable 😤...😡 Unfortunately &sadly 😟 the court & justice system can now justify that this man's is not dangerous or needs locking up at all 😯... Yes as the victim of his attempted murder stood in front of the perpetrator abuse & attempted murder no fear of him confronting outside court ..Well, l don't think that was a good idea at all Jessica 🤨..And why would Jessica bother wasting her energy on doing this??🤨 in my opinion she should stay as far away from him as she can & give thanks fur her life 😨.. Yes, as he could do anything to her in future and justify getting away with it ..lt is a very dangerous court judgement , ..as a result many black domestic abuse victims end up badly injured with no protection or even dead 😨...but, l think the manipulative perpetrator and legal team had studied/ or researched the victim's probable likely behavior in such circumstances very well yes, to get him off the charges & sentence of attempted murder charge that he was charged with 😯..However, although they think some of us don't know the difference we are not all fooled by these tactics used to get the man off the charges 🤨 ..Yes, l think that this domestic abuse victim Jessica was most probably set up by the racist justice system and ex partner's legal team to get tis white man off the murder charges ..l do so hope she appeals and l wish her good luck and encourage her not give up no, please don't give up as many vulnerable black domestic abuse victims need protection from men like him and l hope he doesn't get away with what he did 😠...

And that happened more in Liberia, so I'm not surprised about the court decision the whole Liberian system is a failure to Africa. They need to get out of the slavery mentality and do better; Liberians deserve better. It is so sad how they are more worried about pleasing American / white people than their people, #justice for Liberians #Justice for Africa

I still don’t know how Lucas was found Not Guilty! This is how terrible our justice systems are run in this part of the world. We are still subservient to our former slave masters, even when adjudicating judgements that involve the life of another. We are all at risk, this is not just limited to Liberia 🇱🇷 only. Immediately Lucas was found not guilty, he left the country the next day as a free man.
