She needs to get her front end aligned. Even with used tires it can be aligned. If she doesn’t it’s going to cause those tires to wear faster and possibly cause other problems. If her car goes down she’s going to be in big trouble.

If the fee to pay utilities with the CC is low I would leverage the credit card. 311 (community contribution) -> CC (meet minimum payment) (lower ADB) -> Expense (utilities) (cash back reward). Have a great day.
Avalanche! Although highest interest isn't always the first thing. You could have a lower interest rate on another debt with a higher balance and you'd save more $$$ paying more there. IMHO, Velocity Banking is the Snowball Method on Turbodrive.
