    Jeremy when you replace the rear hub bearing I would definitely watch a video if you so decide to film it. Very good brake video.

    Very nice MM1. I have an Escape with the same auto park brake so definitely squirrelling away this info because I had NO idea it had to be put in maint. mode. Cheers.

    What happens if caliber was replaced but was not in diable mode. How to reset brake dash light to stop beeping while driving

    Thanks for doing this video. Will use it to do the brake replacement on my edge. How do you know if you need to replace the calipers too?

    Good video, but the part where you're doing the screwing the piston back in. I wish you'd slow down on that. You said one was counterclockwise, is that the passenger side? And do I assume the drivers is clockwise? Thanks I'm getting ready to tackle this and I have never seen this before. I bought the kit for turning them. Just to let you know this is a 2017 edge, first brake service and it's the rear that are the worst. My GMC truck , I can change the fronts twice before I need the rear. It's right at 200k. Thanks again

      If I had gone, any slower, I would’ve had birds nesting in my hat

      @THEMOWERMEDIC1 no I meant just on the screwing the piston in. I just don't want to break it, I bet it's not cheap to replace. lol Thnx

    As dumb as this may sound but for this particular break job, do you or did you have to bleed the brakes? I just ordered my rear brake kits and wasn;'t sure.

    I always thought you needed a bi-directional scan tool to do the electric calipers?

    • @THEMOWERMEDIC1
      @THEMOWERMEDIC1  Před rokem +1

      Nope. I just showed you how to do it without the scan tool. Did you skip over the part where I mash the gas pedal to the floor and actuated the parking brake?

      @@THEMOWERMEDIC1 wt_ gas pedals and Parking brakes.. Ford really has lost their way... I'll mark this video and watch tonight... I'm a Old Ford guy and have studied the company at length. Henry would be rolling alot of heads if he we're around.
