I have found a couple problems with the X Pro. I have lithium cartridges in all my X Pro cameras. Even after setting the batteries to lithium cartridge the cameras will revert back to alkaline batteries in the app every day. I had support looking into this but they could not figure it out. This happens on all 3 of the X Pro's that I have out currently/ The only other one I will mention right now is the sensitivity for taking pictures or videos is not very good. I can not get them to pick me up walking past the camera in daylight or dark over about 60 feet. At about 60 feet the cameras will start picking up the motion of me and trigger. I have some of the Tactacam XB models and they seem to perform much better than the X Pro does for me.
If this is a widespread problem, maybe support can help you (and others who have this issue) figure it out.
I just got my tactacam x pro set up , I’m having a issue with only getting one picture when I should be getting several. I have the delay turned off I’ll walk in front of the camera and stay there moving around for 30 seconds or so and I only receive one picture. Any clue on how to fix that ?

I’m not able to find the SSID to make the notification come to my phone.
This is a cell cam, not wifi. You can get notification via the app
Does it record sound?
Yes. Front facing microphone works well.
