Can I watch streams on my phone then will the cartridges go to my ps4 crossout?

Any stream that's crossout and is saying in the description of their stream drops enabled.

Do I simply watch a stream and wait for cartridges to appear in my account, or do I need to claim them somehow?
You need to watch a crossout stream that say in the description drops enabled. How you claim them you go to the inventory to claim the cartridge.
