First I would like to thank you for the good work you are doing. This is the most helpful channel I have found so far for appliances repair.
I would like some help with diagnosing my Samsung washer. I have the ecobubble model number WF19H9000KW. I keep getting the error 8E1 in diagnostics mode, also the machine will only do the wash cycle but won't do the spin and rinse. It will also only work with one program, the other programs dont show time and only drain water then stop. I have not found any video or help online for this issue. Do you have any ideas?

Thank you so much for the video and I have a Samsung wf42h5000aw/a2 that has a 3E2 code. It washes then it sometimes it won't advance to rinse and spin. Checked for loose wiring, and seems good.drain and wash pumps, and water valves ok. Your opinion would help, please

Samsung's washing machines use error codes to help diagnose issues when something goes wrong. The 3E2 error code typically refers to a motor defect or an issue with the motor drive. This may be due to a mechanical issue with the washing machine motor itself, or possibly an electrical failure, such as an issue with the motor control board or the wiring connections between the motor and the control board.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Power Cycle: Unplug the washer from the wall outlet for about 10 minutes, then plug it back in. This will reset the washer and potentially clear the error code.
Check the Wiring: If the error persists, you should then check the wiring and connections between the motor and the motor control board. Make sure all wires are securely connected and not damaged.
Inspect the Motor: If the wiring is fine, then inspect the motor. If it's visibly damaged or excessively hot to the touch, you may need to replace it.
Check the Motor Control Board: If the error still persists, the problem may be with the motor control board. At this stage, it would be best to contact a professional to avoid causing further damage.
If you are not comfortable doing this on your own, consider contacting a professional appliance repair technician. Always be sure to disconnect the power before attempting any repairs yourself to avoid risk of electrical shock.
      Hope this helps!

hmmm I replaced both pcb boards on my washer and I was finally able to use it and actually use the touch pad but now when I tried to test it the tub isn't spinning. there's no errors but when I click on just spin cycle I can hear the pipes draining but the tub doesn't want to spin. there's no humming either.

I am getting a paused load it seems without spinning the clothes out. When I run the SPN test, sometimes I get 3e2 code. I run other spin tests without any error and seems to spin up over 1000rpm.
I don't get the pause in turning like you do in the video.
I haven't done any ohm testing on the inverter board, hal sensor or stator.
because it seems somewhat random I don't know where I should try to narrow it down?
no error codes come up on the display, only if I run the diagnosis test spin but randomly.
    any suggestions where to start?

      Hi there,
It seems you're experiencing intermittent issues with your wf45h6300ag/a2 washer. The 3e2 error code typically indicates a motor drive error, which could be due to the inverter board, hall sensor, or the stator. Given that the error is somewhat random and doesn't always present itself, it can indeed be challenging to pinpoint the exact issue.
However, here's a general approach to troubleshooting:
Hall Sensor: Since you're reaching spin speeds of over 1000rpm in some tests, the hall sensor, which monitors the motor's speed, might be intermittently failing.
Inverter Board & Stator: Although the washer is achieving high RPMs, if there's a slight inconsistency in the motor's performance, the inverter board or the stator might be at fault.
Given that the error doesn't always present itself on the display, but only in specific diagnostic tests, starting with the hall sensor would be a good idea. If you have the capability, performing an ohm test on the inverter board, hall sensor, and stator would give more clarity. If not, considering a technician's expertise might be beneficial to avoid unnecessary parts replacements.
Remember, it's essential to disconnect the machine from its power source before attempting any checks or fixes for safety reasons.
I hope this helps guide your troubleshooting process! Let me know if you have further questions or updates.

      @kerrigan. Před 7 měsíci

@leoli8276 When i took the control board out to inspect it, I didn't attach one of the plugs properly. Once I reconnected it everything was fine.
i ended up changing the relay, which I don't think needed to be changed, but it was the pressure switch was bad and failed the ohm test when I pulled it out. I tried running it with the old relay and seemed to work fine however since I bought a new relay, I put it in as well as the pressure switch before I closed it up.

The "3C2" error code on a Samsung washing machine indicates a motor fault. Here's a more detailed explanation:
3C2 Error Code: Motor fault or motor malfunction.
      Possible Causes:
There might be an issue with the motor itself. Motors can wear out or become damaged over time.
The motor's hall sensor, which senses the motor's speed and direction, might be malfunctioning.
The wiring connections between the motor and the main control board could be loose or damaged.
The main control board itself might be faulty.
      Troubleshooting Steps:
Check the Motor: Inspect the motor for any visible signs of damage or wear.
Inspect Wiring: Make sure that the wiring connections between the motor and the control board are secure and not damaged.
Hall Sensor: Consider checking the hall sensor (also known as a rotor position sensor) to ensure it's functioning properly.
Control Board: If the above steps don't reveal any issues, it might be a problem with the control board itself.
Always remember to disconnect the power source before starting any inspection or repair to ensure safety. If you're not comfortable troubleshooting the machine yourself, it's advisable to call a professional or contact Samsung support for assistance.
