There's difference between RAM and ROM. ROM is internal storage. My laptop have 4gb RAM but 1TB ROM(1000gb storage) so I can download a lot of games. But for a really high-end games I need to upgrade my RAM so the laptop will runs smoothly

just use an ssd and run all settings in high if u have enough vram ur game will run
