Grilled Beef Ribs

So here's an extra video for this week... I made this video back in August and then just never worked it into my schedule with the holiday cooking. If you love beef ribs as much as I do, you really need to try this technique! Grill them to medium rare rather than smoking them until they fall off the bone!
