Ingredients:
Misal pav
Oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 10 to 15
Onion - 1/2 cup
Salt - according to your taste or 2.5 tsp
Kanda lasun masala / sabji masala / chicken masala - 2 tsp
Byagdi red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Matki sprouts - 2 cup
Water - 4 cup
For paste
Roasted Chana dal - 2 tbsp
Grated dry coconut - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 2
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 inch
