I think it was/is a good and close election with meaningful changes on both sides. Republicans are likely taking control of the house of reps, and possibly even the senate. Congress controls the budget so Republican voters should be happy. Maybe voters are upset with Democrats and Republicans together for their role in fueling the economic and political problems we're facing today. You can't just get upset about something and throw a blind vote for a random person who just happens to be in the opposite party of the president.

This isn't necessarily the repub candidate's fault, what this guy fails to mention is that voting harder doesn't work. the fix was clearly in from the start.
Voting does count. It doesn't help when people tell others we have an election in the bag. When that happens people don't worry about voting so much, because they think we can't lose.
Then there's the fact that liberals hate us so much they will do anything to see us not win. They will cheat, but they will also vote. Either way, they will keep winning as long as we sit on our butts and don't work to win.

We need a verifiable election system
We already have one. Every vote counts, every vote is counted, every vote is on record to be verified by audit or recount. Trumps 60+ bullsh@t lawsuits proved the system is accurate.
You have already have one.
Every polling place has observers from both parties.
They have CCTV and video recordings running 24/7 from before voting begins till the results are all tallied.
They have a manual printout of the vote you cast and give you a copy of it as well so there's a black and white record for you and the state to refer to.
And ever since the 2020 elections, more contingencies were prepared in the event something unexpected happens whther it'd be malfunctioning voter machines or whatever.
And in the event the results are disputed or challenged, a manual recount is done.
Sometimes it doesn’t go your way but that doesn’t mean anyone cheated.

But in a football game one doesn't vote on the score, and both teams have to play by one set of rules they both agree to obey. When the two sides decide each has a different set of rules, the football game becomes impossible and ends. That last is about where we're at right now.
