I can't get into my account to change my password word to change my payment date. From 15,th of month to 20th of the month.
this is not how to reset your email password . This is how to reset your login password which is not the same as the email password.
At the time of this video is uses the same login information. You can login to the Comcast account and navigate to the email.
I just received a letter stating g that my email has been changed and I didn't do it can someone please give me some answers

The login page never gives me the moving letters to type in. It always tells me to enter my ID and then after that it always redirects me back to the reset password link.
After you update the password in Xfinity/Comcast how do you update that password in the IPhone settings for accounts and passwords. There are several places. Thank you

I have tried this and when I go to my iPad mini it will not take the password…it says incorrect password…..what am I doing wrong ? I check and the password is the old one….so I put in the changed password it still says incorrect password….HELP !!!
You may want to give Comcast a call. That is not normal behavior. 1-800-XFINITY
for me it says to reset my password and i click it and it brings me to the same website and it just repeats help

I have the same problem. It's very annoying bc I just got off the phone with them about another issue and the automated chatbot is of no use. It keeps sending back to the same old password reset link.
TODAY I WILL GIVE THEM A PHONE CALL.

Is the password for you xfininty account and your comcast.net the same? Reason I ask, I can login any xfinity service, but not the comcast.net mail.
Logging into your Xfinity account should get you to your comcast.net email. You possibly need to follow the instructions on the page below. If this doesn't work then I would call Xfinity directly as something is amiss.
