No matter how many interviews I watch with Rami, it never disappoints. The way he talks about Freddie, it's so lovely. And he seriously makes me feel like Freddie isn't gone. He's still out there. The movie gave me that feeling, especially when the credits rolled. He just felt so alive. And that's a pretty awesome feeling if a movie can do that!

@@lorrainecasey749 I don't think it's about that, but really the way he behaves - you can sometimes see Freddie in the way Rami casts a look or in the kind of questions and answers he gives, you can see him in Rami's new, stronger self-confidence. I guess that's what they meant

Best interviews ever... I got very teary eyed from how lovingly Rami speaks of Freddie. He truly cherishes Freddie as a creative force and a beautiful soul, I saw the movie twice now and it hits me very hard emotionally. It was hard to be quiet through certain scenes as I wanted to ball my eyes out... gone much too soon. So as much as I love the theater experience and seeing movies on the big screen, I'll be buying this movie and sobbing during those scenes in the privacy of my own home. The cast truly honored this brilliant band of four beautiful, amazing individuals.
Thank you Mr. Queen Superfan for this wonderful interview. Rami confirmed what I already thought about his portrayal. He plays a version of Freddie. One that pays a beautiful homage to Freddie's legacy and truly honours his memory.
Now this is an interview. Like the others, I've watched other interviews of the cast, especially Rami's. But, if not all, a lot of them follows a formula or flow on how they interviewed the cast. They all keep asking the same questions, and I can see that they (the cast) are so tired of answering the same questions every time, and we (the audience) are tired of hearing the same thing that we all already know. But this interview is one-of-a-kind. Most interviews would always want to know about the facts about a certain movie, person, etc., but this one gives us something new. Having someone like John, who actually KNEW Queen as an artist and musician (and definitely more than that), is the best decision, because he was able to represent all the fans of Queen and was able to know the answers to the questions that they personally want to ask the cast themselves. And you could also see the sparkle of passion in Rami's eyes as he shares a more deep and personal version of his experience while becoming a part of this movie.
Genuinely fantastic interview. John was the perfect person for this.
None of the gimmickry that can bring other entertainment interviews down, just two people talking. Excellent stuff (and Rami seems like a really lovely bloke).

What a wonderful interview! Instead of asking carbon copy questions, said questions were so interesting and Rami was able to give an insight I haven’t seen from other interviews thus far.

I am so glad my father raised me up on Queen’s music and told me about the 80s. I was born way after Freddie’s death but watching Bohemian Rhapsody made me feel so special, nostalgic and emotional. I felt like I have lived in the 80s even though I haven’t.
Awwwn loved your comment. I guess my daughters feel the same as you... They watched the movie with me for the first time and both of them cried more than myself, their mother who was an 80ies girl madly in love with Freddie and Queen.

I think it would've been interesting to see what Cohen would do with it, but I think they made the right choice by going with Rami. It really seems like he's put his heart and soul into this performance.

Rami was never an actor I paid much attention. Now that I've seen him in interviews, this being one of the best. I find that I could watch him all day. He's amazing.!!!!

Too many interviewers that seem to get work in this arena long to be the subjects of interviews, themselves, and never shut up. John Robins was the consummate interviewer, knowledgeable and passionate and interested and respectful. Brilliant!

Thank you for allowing Rami to speak completely, no interruptions from the interviewer! I believe this is the only interview were Rami got to completely open up and explain how he became freddie in his own way and allowing us to understand a bit of that process! Great interview!

This guy is now up there in my opinion with the best press junket interviewers around, like Ali Plumb from BBC 1. You can always feel it when interviewers actually care about the material and the actors rather than just rattling off the same questions to get some new spin on the same headline. Great content
This is my favourite Bohrap interview because of how genuine it feels. The interviewer was passionate about the material and created a comfortable space for Rami to discuss Freddie. Instead of the typical questions/answers this interview goes much deeper into Freddie Mercury and Queen and I want to thank you guys for it.
This was the best interview ever because a Queen fan was interviewing him and yeah I would ask the same things as a fan too

I’ve been watching a lot of these BR interviews and I must say this is my fave. Not your typical questions, laid back and confident interviewer and RM seemed like he appreciated that.
When Rami explained how much Freddie means to him, spiritually, I felt that. I felt that connection he shares with him and it made me tear up. This man is so precious
THIS WINS HANDS DOWN. This is *THE BEST*, most satisfying, startlingly honest deep dive interview of ALL of the many dozens w/Rami and/or the cast. Thank you so much. Fantastic. For Rami to admit he's "literally in love" with Freddie, that he was the one he didn't want to disappoint more than anyone is just ... wow.
First of all. I think John Robins fell in love with Rami in this interview. (Just like I get even hopelessly in love seeing him here) Second of all. I can't handle the editings who is responsible for it I need to know can they get some appreciation I absolutely love it.

I never heard of Rami before his role in Bohemian Rhapsody. After seeing the movie, I thought Rami played an excellent role of Freddie Mercury. I love Queen! I really enjoyed the movie! I laughed, cried, It was emotional!

This was such an incredible interview. I watch a lot of interviews with actors and often I get the feeling that there’s a sort of tension in the room, because all parties involved just want to get it over with. I didn’t get that feeling here at all, and John was so tactful and respectful. Very well done, I think Rami appreciated the care you took with setting up a comfortable interview. It was great to see him speak so freely about playing Freddie. Such a shame the video doesn’t have as many views as it deserves.

Probably my favourite interview with Rami, he really opens up in how hard and tireless he worked to honour Freddie which of cause he did! He was phenomenal, as well as the other cast members, yeah Freddie is definitely apart of Rami now.

Okay can I just say that we need way more interviewers like this man. He was engaged and talked about interesting and important aspects of the film and didn’t make a cheesy or inappropriate joke to try and ease the tension. If it takes a superfan to do these interviews please do it. I can’t stand the cringe from most interviewers.
