    What exercises do you recommend for Parkinson patients?
    Also what exercises are good for upper body fitness?
    And last of all which exercises are good for lower back pain?

    When doing any of these core, balance etc exercises is it best to do 3 or 4 consistently or mix them up bc there are so many. Thank you so much
