Wait, YOU'RE SUPPY!?!? Dude I used to watch you play in the golden years of SC2 (Granted I played Protoss, but always rooted for NA players). Now I'm an EM intern watching your videos for a different reason.
For the cold nodule and Graves’ disease. The explanation talks about partial thyroidectomy is possible but that seems to be only in reference to it being a malignant nodule. I believe in Graves (which she has) you would need a total thyroidectomy so therefore biopsy first would not prove to be too helpful. 2.5 cm is also quite big so I would argue for it may result in a false negative. The only way I could see a biopsy being helpful is if the surgeon needs to know before hand so that he can decide about lymph node removal. Just my thoughts
