  • to day i will share with you gujarati traditional recipe of mango pickle,VAGHARIA KERI NU ATHANU.Very famous gujarati sweet and sour raw mango pickle.with split corriander seeds,split mustard seeds,and split fenugreek seeds it becomes very healthy.black pepper,cinnamon and kashmiri red chilly powderit looks beautiful and flavourful but not spicy.you will love sweet and sour taste of mango pickle.aam ka khatta mitha aachar is very easy to make at home and very delicious to eat.becouse of tempering it is called vagharia keri nu athanu.please try this gujarati traditional aam ka khatta mitha aachar and share your experience with us.please like share and subscribe to my channel.

    ingredients: FOR TEMPERING:
    1/2 tbls. crushed mustard seeds
    5-6 cloves,2 small cinamon stic
    1 KG. RAJAPURI MANGO. 1 tbls. red chilly flakes
    2 TSP. turmeric powder 3 tbls. peanut oil
    1 1/2 tbls.salt. 1/2 tbls. mustard seeds
    3/4 CUP split corriander seeds 1/2 tsp. asfoetida.
    30 GMS.split mustard seeds
    1 TBL. split fenugreek seeds
    15 CLOVES.
    1 TSP.BLACK PEPPER.
    3-4 CINAMON PIECES
    1/2 TBLS. CORRIENDER SEEDS
    1 TBLS. FENNEL SEEDS
    1/2 TBLS. ASFOETIDA
    1/2 CUP PEANUT OIL
    3 TBLS. KASHMIRI RED CHILLY POWDER.
    1 KG. JAGGERY
