Ingredients:
400 g turkey fillet
1 piece onion
Frozen vegetable mixture ( carrots, potatoes, string beans, peas)
Salt
Pepper
50 ml cream
Cooking method:
Step 1 Cut the turkey fillet into cubes.
Chop the onion finely.
Step 2 Fry the onion in a frying pan. Then add the vegetable mixture to it and fry over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
Then add the turkey pieces, mix and fry for another 15-20 minutes.
Step 3 Add salt, pepper, cream and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
