Good on Dr Watkins for speaking up on patient safety. Babylon Health should reflect and fix these safety issues to regain public trust.

I am a medical doctor. A few of my patients asked me about the accuracy of this app. I was shocked when they showed my how wrong the differential diagnosis could be. No information has been published by the company.

Yes I had a stomach ulcer, duodenal ulcer to be precise and it said it was just an infection, a few weeks later the ulcer and my stomach perforated. I had a feeling it was an ulcer but at the height of covid it was complicated to see a doctor and I was in hospital for weeks after an operation to fix the problem. I would never use anything like that again.

Babylon was a place full of idol worship and other evils. Revelation 17, Psalm 137:8, Daniel 3:1, careful people! Repent unto Jesus Christ and be saved from HELL!

Kind of chicken and egg. No app can be 100% accurate, safe or correct on it's first release. Software is improved over time, that is how things work. Though there should be an disclaimer from this company when they sign-up new users, and always a safety exist "consult with your doctor" if the algorithm can't handle the case.

Looks like another grift by a tech company pretending they could do much more than they really could, while draining millions of pounds from the public coffers.
