Small tip from me: if you have him as a r3, he is a arena monster, when you go for a BIG grind, and you have to use units to refresh, he is the champ you wanna refresh, because of his nice crits.
Hitmonkey also counters evade champions when his purple scheme comes up, can't remember the name rn. But he's really useful. I used him just to melt so many bosses and finsh them off with the right champs
Have had my HM at r2 for awhile now, he’s such a fun champ to play, especially in the monthly EQ, just waiting on the t5 to r3 him

Hey looks who's got my most wanted champ, dammit Mike
Did you play around with his unblockable sp1? If you activate sp1 in a certain phase (I think it’s primal rage) it is unblockable, and if it breaks a block, HM becomes unblockable until his phase runs out, and you can also refresh the phase with the sp1. Theoretically you could have him unblockable for a long time (and against mercenaries, countering evade as well). Just something I was wondering, great video man 😊

Mine has been R3 for a while. My favorite evade counter champ. I use him everywhere. Higher damage than Corvus (Under 1-2 charges). 3 & 4 hit backdraft intercepts are super smooth. I think his attack is a bit faster than others for intercepting.
I’ve had a r3 hit monkey for a while and i love him. I use him all the time. He kills people real quick and that’s what it’s all about that’s why i run suicides lol. I have a video of a ton of thing boss kills back when protect was a thing on my channel if you want to check it out.

you can utilize the sp3 cruelty for longer period if you have mr fantastic's skill synergy

I was really lucky to pop the Morgan crystal and get the 5-star pet monkey that's twice that's happened to me first time was Silver surfer and the very first time was a 4* IMIW DOES. HM need to be Awakened? By the way I got the same as you from last month's crystals I pulled my very last crystal a 6-star cap WW2 from the side Quest cavalier+ 2 5* 1 of them 5 * cap berdo which took him to Sig 140 & i Awakened, Silver suffer ASA well
