If bard got reduced meep cooldown if he didn't hit a champ with the meeps, he'd be so much better in other roles that it might actually be viable

ye he shouldnt be viable in any other role. he is one of the rare champs that very successfully fulfill their fantasy and their original purpose. bard was designed to be the first true roaming support and that is what he is, why would we need to push him into other roles for no good reason when he is one of the rare champs that is pretty much perfect as he is right now.
at 5:58 doublelift meant he missed the first ultimate shot after the bard ult was wearing off, but then we see a replay of a shot missing that wasn't his fault

Ye its not bad at all. Realistically you shouldnt be able to auto attack the enemy bot lane in lane very often, making fleet alot worse. In practice enemy team has senna so hes somehow just gonna run it down perma
DH is okay but not into Senna, her kit is much easier to play against if you have some kind of sustain in lane and extra MS to not get whittled down and forced to base for trading back against her
Domination tree is definitely better for Lethality Jhin but you run the risk of a completely useless keystone in lane if anything goes wrong
