Trust me, this will continue throughout their childhood. My little twin brothers had to have the exact same thing everytime something was bought. Two blue juices. Don’t get one green, one blue. They’ll fight. 2 Batman figurines. Don’t get one Batman, one Superman. They’ll fight. A slice of pizza with exactly 3 pieces of pepperoni. No more, no less. They’ll fight. It’s a wild ride, but it’s so funny and cute.
What's funny about that is we assigned superheroes to them when they were born so we wouldn't mix up their stuff. The one in blue has everything Batman and the one in stripes has all SuperMan stuff. 😂
This is how you build temperament. I truly believe it because they got over the issue by themselves and fairly quickly i might add. I work with infants so I love seeing these little cuties!!!♥️♥️
Twins are the luckiest kids. They learn way more than any other kids about love, self expression, & emotional regulation most adults don't even know how to compromise as well twin toddlers.
My favorite part is how they start to hug each other and then immediately remember they're mad at the other. I love how their first instinct is to go to their twin for comfort.

My experience is that the baby girls are more demanding and harder to please. We only had one...a girl, and NOTHING pleased her. Everyone I know with boys and girls days the girls were almost always the big malcontents😂. We girls start out early being hard to please, it seams. 🤷

This brings back some memories. My identical twin boys are 16 now. When they were babies through preschool age we would give them the exact same things and they would fight over the one. Bottles, sippy cups, toys, you name it. When they got older we’d often buy them the same thing but in different colors so we knew whose was whose they couldn’t fight over them. Very happy when the Nintendo DS came out in blue and red! LOL!
I had twins. This was a regular occurrence. Also, one of my favorite photos is one of my mom playing with her twin brother's truck, right after she stole it from him, while he stands there crying over the injustice of it.
Even when babies fight or cry they are freaking adorable. Watching them makes you wish you could turn you kids back to that age..haha…Miss having baby time. Was the best and fastest moment of my life…

Years ago I was hired as a nanny to care for triplet babies as the mother was sick and couldn't do it . They had been left to fend for themselves a lot , playing like these two on the floor with each other with noone to intervene and buffer between them so they would get very frustrated with each other and it had escalated to biting and screaming. They had terrible welts all over their bodies . As an empath I knew what to do to help them become happy again and stop the habit of biting each other which amounted to child neglect . I always sat and played with them very close on the floor and if one baby took something and the other was upset and going in for the bite I was close enough to always catch it in time and put myself between and beamed a big loving smile towards the frustrated baby about to bite and diverted his attention to something else like a different toy and gave him lots of love ❤️. The other baby never knew he was about to be bitten so he was happy and the one about to bite began to have his neural pathways redirected by love so he quickly undeveloped the habit of biting . This loving redirection went on all day because all 3 had developed into biters . They could never be left together without me very close or the bodily damage and great pain to these sweet little babies would continue. After a few weeks of this loving energy change they became very sweet with each other and I was their loving nanny until they went to kindergarten . Babies need you to be close . They are balls of emotion and two babies or three need an adult to keep them safe , even from each other .

Years ago I was hired as a nanny to care for triplet babies as the mother was sick and couldn't do it .
They had been left to fend for themselves a lot , playing like these two on the floor with each other with noone to intervene and buffer between them so they would get very frustrated with each other and it had escalated to biting and screaming. They had terrible welts all over their bodies . As an empath I knew what to do to help them become happy again and stop the habit of biting each other which amounted to child neglect .
I always sat and played with them very close on the floor and if one baby took something and the other was upset and going in for the bite I was close enough to always catch it in time and put myself between and beamed a big loving smile towards the frustrated baby about to bite and diverted his attention to something else like a different toy and gave him lots of love ❤️. The other baby never knew he was about to be bitten so he was happy and the one about to bite began to have his neural pathways redirected by love so he quickly undeveloped the habit of biting . This loving redirection went on all day because all 3 had developed into biters . They could never be left together without me very close or the bodily damage and great pain to these sweet little babies would continue. After a few weeks of this loving energy change they became very sweet with each other and I was their loving nanny until they went to kindergarten . Babies need you to be close . They are balls of emotion and two babies or three need an adult to keep them safe , even from each other .
