But if Khalil really took the initiative on informing the anti doping agency it's hard to believe that he took it hoping they wouldn't notice lol. Also just the fact that it's not actually a performance enhancing substance is another thing. I imagine if the anti doping agency caught him red handed they would refute this fairly quick.
