If you think about it, the three way incident at 8:25 might've actually been the only moment when Delirious could've been caught lying, had the guy who reported NOT died the moment he reported. Classy walked in as Delirious was walking out, and droid knew Delirious was just in the room, so had droid not died, Delirious might not have been able to talk his way out of that one as smoothly.
Also, I like how they still tried asking Droid where the body was as a joke. XD
