Being a game designer myself, I could ask the same question. But usually the reality is, its not about how good your game is as much as it is about how much profit you can make. In the past I was involved in the film industry, and it was the same thing. It didn't matter how good your movie was. All that mattered was you had star power which could draw paying audiences. The sad reality is it always comes down to the money, and scammers have a strong ROI.
War inc actually worked with airsoft weapon/ ammo manufacturer and got them to codes for in game stuff in the packaging to get Pepole who do airsoft into war inc, actually remembered because as a kid brother liked airsoft and one of the containers had a thing for war inc on it, never knew that’s what war inc was until now
Hey, could you perhaps look into Wild West Online by 612 games? The devs deny Sergey involvement, but they use an engine a company he owns made, the game plays off hype very similarly to WarZ, there's no footage except for some screenshots that look exactly like RDR2. I don't know, looks super fishy to me.
So at first glance this looks like a game I'd avoid. The company itself, 612, is some kind of an enigma. They don't have an official company site as far as I can tell and the forums for (probably) their only game looks like an amateur job(the little things are lacking, like at the top where it says official forum; its in Arial font, default starting font on most forum skeletons). I would avoid investing in this game, its sketchy just from the outset. If I could give you a point of monitoring, watch out for this guy named mmritter (Link to staff page; forum.playwwo.com/index.php?/staff/ ). Most of the time Sergey will rear his head in the community manager role and if he is there he'll probably do what he's always done. Just look for complaints about mmritter silencing criticism. These cretins do not change and I believe that he would make the same flippantly ignorant mistakes he's made before in his cynical pursuit for a dime.

Warz and War inc are two games that actually were good, and there is thousainds of peoples who enjoyed it and played it for thousands of hours, warz was good by accident but it was good, streamer like Summit1G played fuckton of that games and this is how he became one of best streamers, and there was a lot of other streamers who played that game a lot.

Its Sergay Titoff pulling the puppetstrings with the new face of free reign entertainment, Arsetimas Knives. Sergay`s taint is all over shatterd skieZ. With a lead designer almost as delusional as Sergay. The steam launch is a joke, the game was never ready to be released in the current state.
He`s learnt some lessons now though, no microtransactions. But quite a high one off price tag on four different editions, quick grab cash. Not P2W, bs you pay more with the other editions to gain xp instantly given you a advantage over lower levels. There`s more........
Arktos entertainment group with CEO Sergay are running the show with free reign entertainment, shattered skies, even though he`s "not that involved". On steam the shattered skieZ discussion board, banning is the way to stop neg/critical reviews or comments because it worked for Sergay before (not).
I got banned from the shattered skies discussion board for some minor comments on the dev`s background. So I bought the game and left a nice review ;-) Got the game refunded after spending 1.9 hours in game. The game is just a rehash of warz/i:ss/romeroes afterbirth.

Make phony companies and/or buy legit ones real cheap. Then only put as little money in it to make one or two products (in this case: Games) just to make the company look legit in the eyes of the law.
Then use these companies to laundry black money from other large illegal/dirty business.
No need to care how good or bad the products are. No need to care how well those products sell. It's just there to keep a facade up.
