All I can say this is pure beauty at it's best💜💯. I love that you enhance how proud we are of our African culture and educating others of our paradise. I'm sick to the back teeth of the Europeans portraying African countries and our people with such disgust. We have the most beautiful food, people and culture, along with the Caribbean islands in the world..for sure❤😘🙏🏾💯! P.S the jollof looks simply amazing! Also, a huge congratulations on baby 💜

And I'm sick of people who pride themselves on being the best, the coolest, the coolest, with the best culture and all this bullshit. Country you go to, customs and cultures you find. I can tell you, I who have traveled a lot, that there are many beautiful countries, many beautiful customs and cultures. Now for example I am in Italy, a beautiful land, great food, beautiful culture and beautiful people. Open your mind and don't brag about being better. The Universal Brotherhood also includes this. We Africans are not like the Jews who claim to be the people of choice. We are not Nazis who say that being Aryan is the original race, we are children of Mother Earth and Warriors of Light, without claiming superiority over any human being. The mistake that many brothers and sisters make is bragging about their skin, their color, thinking they are better than others, making the same mistake as white racists, etc. Being proud without conceit is one thing, but thinking you are better and harboring pride with vainglory is not a good thing. What is really important is the spirit of the person and what kind of soul we are, the spirit has no color. But still many do not understand this, especially the man, while the woman, the sacred feminine is more sensitive to this, it is in her nature. When we come to understand, then the Universal Brotherhood will be formed

YES!! Thank you for being our guide into the beauty and artisanal quality of indigenous cooking! You express just how much this really is an art form!! The organic and quality tools, the cooking environment, to the reason for certain tools, and natural properties contribute to the food as much as the food ingredients themselves!! No one is highlighting African tradition for us and others with such beauty, and elegant quality. As a foodie watching aromatics fry in local shea butter, a steel cauldron and using local rice is equivalent to the craftsmanship of Japanese Geisha performing traditional tea ceremony. You display the divine in and out while pregnant! You Betta Go Queen!

OMG, I’ve missed the fruit so much!! The seeds i always get from the African shops here in England. You’ve brought back so much childhood memories. Thanks for a lovely video and wish you all the best on your journey ❤️
