The Ninja Cold Press Juicer Pro comes with a 150W motor and 3 pulp control filters one for no pulp, one for some pulp, and one for lots of pulp.
I’ll show you how well the Ninja Slow Juicer extracts juice from fresh fruits and vegetables. I will be extracting juice from apples, oranges, and also harder vegetables, carrots, and beetroot.
The size of the pulp filter is very small when compared to other slow juicers and unfortunately, it gets fairly messy. The Ninja Cold Press Juicer comes with several parts for the feed chute chamber and the auger is not as effective, unfortunately. Due to this cleaning is not very easy to do at all. The Ninja slow juicer will produce lots of wet pulp and does not yield a lot of juice. It will also give you lots of foam. You will need to find other uses for the extracted pulp so as not to let it go to waste.
I was very excited about using the Ninja Cold Press Juicer Pro since I have many Ninja Foodi products, however, this product still needs lots of design modifications in terms of extracting and cleaning all the parts.

I just got this juicer and had the same exact bad experience. I wish I would've watched this video before purchasing because everything she's saying is 100% accurate. I bought it on a $50 sale and was excited, but now I see that the quality is why the price dropped so drastically... I have all other Ninja kitchen appliances in my home and I love them, but this one just doesn't get the job done. I don't recommend.

We have this one, and we put the pulp through the juicer again a few times to get more juice out of it. And you could also use the pulp that gets built up inside the machine and run it through again. But that's extra time and effort.

Lol, you're welcome, it wasn't my intention to prevent buying, I love Ninja products, I have almost everything Ninja. Unfortunately this one just had a little design flaw. if they fixed the filter, I would buy again!
I have the ninja pro juicier and it does a good job at extracting the juice. Just make sure to cut the chunk of fruit to manage size and wait until the auger crushes the fruit before you put any more fruit down the chute. The no pulp option does tend to clog the auger after 8 oz of juicing considering the mesh filter is holes are small and tend to clog up easily. All in all it's a decent juicer for what it is.

Mine has just arrived, but one thing I have noticed is that, just like a digestive system, it likes fibrous ingredients to push the juice and pulp through. So I'll add the apples, and then the carrots, and it works very well. It didn't loev ginger haha Experience will teach me more. Thank you for your review!!

We purchased one waiting for our nama j2 to come in...... i ended up making a vacuum lid for our vitamix and would rather squeeze pulp through a nut milk bag than use the ninja juicer ever again. Its 1 billion percent true you get what you pay for, with the ninja it feels like i get my heart cut out every try juicing in it

@@MeemReviews Why didn't you do the method I described above? It is easy to chop veggies roughly and let the Ninja processor do the hard work, then this device theoretically, should not clog. Can you make another video showing this process?

I just used mine and found it was awful as well on celery juice, I’ll be returning it to Costco. Too bad I really like the design but all the celery pulp was clogged up I had to stop it many times just like you thanks very much for putting the video up live and learn.

interesting this is the first review that I have come across that had someone have troubles with using this particular machine, slow down when feeding the machine. slower is better.
Probably because I showed it all.
I also watched other videos and they either skipped over or sugar coated the 'troubles' with this machine. These are the ones that get the product for free or paid sponsorship and show what the company wants them to show. Don't get me wrong, I own and love using most Ninja Products and I was very excited to buy this, but it was a big disappointment.
If you read the reviews and comments on YT, Amazon and Ninja website, a lot of people experienced the same thing. Slower yes, you are right, but it doesn't fix the problem of wet pulp or clogging in the front of the machine.

Thank you for making this video! So glad I watched it before I opened mine up! Just curious, what do you do with the pulp you want to reuse? Can it be juiced again?
You're welcome! I found adding the pulp back into the machine just created more mush (and a mess) and very little juice. (Because there isn't any solid form left to squeeze out from, if that makes sense)
I found putting it in a mesh strainer and straining all the juice out (using the back of a spoon) is easier to do than putting it in the machine again.
Or I would just use save the pulp and blend it into a smoothie the next day.

I purchased this from Costco and enjoy it. It cannot compare to juicers at 6X the price and would never recommend lemons or soft fruit like oranges with this unit!. I don't believe this juicer is designed for that. I manually used a press crusher for lemons and oranges. Like another viewer's post, using water melon seemed to have clogged the machine but this was quickly resolved by putting carrots through. The pulp was rather moist which means there's some waste OR you can reuse... There are MANY recipes out there for that!!!! Unit did make some noise with Kale. But For the price and IF you are budget conscious like me, I highly recommend it. The build is quality and it was easy to clean!

Mine goes into the container fine BUT it is LOUD! Like omg annoyingly loud! Having to reverse to get the juice out is annoying about to return mine

Ok, so the Ninja is a real cold press, the other one is not. this is why there is a huge difference, the other one is pressing the fruit against the metal sheet, the ninja is compressing the juice... different operation
This juicer is good. People are just hating. You have to use it gently and use the most pulp option.

Okay, so I am reading all the comments here and the common thread is that the machine gets clogged. However, is it possible to avoid this problem by adding veggies that have been blended via your Ninja food processor? Wouldn't this totally eliminate the problem of clogging? I am sure someone has thought of this before have they not? Plus, the Ninja processor does a fine job of making a veggie slurry that the cold press machine shouldn't have a problem handling. It would be interesting if someone made a video on this method.

Sounds like you had issues too....
Sweet lord give the machine a chance to work. It’s a cold pressed juicer and can’t take the abuse that a normal juicer would. Put in your product slower and you will have no problems.
Or else run the veggies apples through your processor first. Then run the slurry mixture through this machine and voila!

I wish I had seen this before. I bought mine from kohls a few months ago used it once and put it away because it's horrible. Unfortunately I threw the box away because of course it was a ninja what could go wrong. Money wasted and is just taking space in my kitchen cabinet.

I have this juicer already, if you’ll trying to buy one. I would recommend you buy another brand. This juicer is not good, everything she have displayed on this video is nothing but facts. You are to busy trying to clean it because the juicer gets jammed a lot.
I think this would be a fine machine if you ran the veggies through the NINJA processor first. That way the hard work is done and more juice in less time would be achieved. This is all theoretical of course until someone who has Juicer Pro does the experiment.

Apples has lot water and you have juice slow
I'm not sure what happened here. Mine works perfectly. My pulp is very dry and I haven't had a clog yet. I juiced apples, carrots, beets, ginger, watermelon and several other fruits and veggies with no problem. Thinking in the mass production world she was unlucky to get a lemon. No pun intended.

I have this machine and I love it! You definitely need to slow down! You are not supposed to add multiple pieces of food at once, and you are not to supposed to jam the food down. Patience is key, and if you do it slowly, these issues don't occur.

Read the instructions before making a review maybe? You've clogged way too much fruit and there should be 2 inch pieces going in at a time...

I had a juicer before and remember how much work was to wash it and how little juice I got for this. So, I was sceptical and that's why I did a good amount of research so I don't get disappointed again. So, I picked the Hamilton-Beach 67608A model and I am glad I did. Now, this is a totally different experience! It is powerful and squeezes every ounce of juice so the pulp is almost dry. It's simple and easy to take it apart for washing. I put a plastic bag in the waste container for less cleaning. I am glad I picked this model as it is smaller in size, but delivers the same power as the larger one.
