Adept fatebringer is literally an ace of spades with rose stats but it's rare to get and only comes every 6weeks.
@@fotis3v480 it’s not rare buddy lol. You can literally focus just fatebringer when the time comes. There’s a whole ass encounter for the gun. Escape velocity is what you call rare. Your chances of getting that gun are very very small. Especially with the perk you want. Luckily I got the perks I want a while ago (max range with zen and vorpal). But don’t say fatebringer is rare lol

Though it is target-farmable, the fact that VoG is farmable literally for 2 weeks out of an entire normal length season makes it difficult to log in at anytime throughout the season and have it available to you.
Hopped in cruci and tried to make my old dynamic sway kill clip multi work, and man, I must be out of practice, because that was hard as. I'm trying for a good roll of the new version, but in the process, I reignited my love for my Rangefinder/Tap the Trigger Immortal with ricochet, corkscrew and range MW/adept mod. I paired it with Athrys' Embrace (been maining it since before the witch queen), and it was a very lethal combo, allowing me to focus less on the double bounce and more on knife bodyshots, working best in small maps like twilight gap.
I have a pretty amazing roll of the old version with Model 8 Red, Accurized, Quick Draw, and Iron Grip with a Range MW. 62 Range, 61 Stability, 73 Handling. Was using it and honestly don’t think I even want a new one.
I have one with model 8, threat detector and iron reach. I don't like any of the new rolls as much. Plus it doesn't have deterministic recoil.
I’m so impressed with this weapon. I balanced range and stability with dynamic sway kill clip. It’s an absolute laser beam. The challenge is just controlling space and playing close so you don’t get fried by autos. It’s a monster
My biggest issue with this gun is reversing the mindset that i can win duels at 30 meters lmao. Also the range is deceptively low since i only used iron reach back in the day.
That's my problem with SMGS, when HC's & auto rifles exist.

@@zachstinnett5475 It’s an anti-synergistic roll that accomplishes nothing. It’s like having Hip-fire grip and rangefinder on the same gun. You just have two perks that counter each other out. And if you’re not engaging at 20+ meters than Iron reach is doing nothing but hurting your gun.

I went against a guy that had the same roll (DSR+KC), but he had 20 more stability (60) and beat me like I was a little Dreg every single time.

Only if you're fighting at the very end of your max damage fall off range.
Using it a little closer in range means that extra range acts as extra consistency on damage fall off while cushioning that lower stability.
Honestly I don't think there's any 1 true answer. I don't think you can go wrong with either.
I ended up getting a hammer forge rifling, accurized rounds, dynamic sway reduction, kinetic tremors, and a range MW. Dynamic sway will make it a laser beam. I haven't used it yet, but it was one of my final rolls i got when i focused it.
I also have an under over kill clip one that frys bubble titans. Mine has all range but corkscrew instead of fullbore like I'd like
The consensus seems to be that Multimach feels better for controller players. I’m a controller player on console and I am having a whole lot of fun with my Under-Over/Kill Clip roll with Fighting Lion. I am a side arm main but I am in love with this weapon pair, and am going to main this for a while.

I got one to drop with Hammerforged, Accurized, DSR, Iron Reach and Range Masterwork near the beginning of IB. Put just about 700 kills with it aswell, feels pretty good. To be honest I've just been a sucker for 900's this season. My max Range, Heal Clip + Adagio Parabellum has been doing so good.
Everyone forgets Out of Bounds, I chased my 5 of 5 G Roll where it sniffs at 100 range with fragile focus and killing wind.

It’s the lowest zoom high impact scout most are usually 21-22 this one is 19
And it has precision instrument so it can 2 head 1 body low resilience guardians and it also has moving target so you strafe faster

I'm back in destiny for a month and this is some of most fun I had in crucible. Multimatch + Cloudstrike and I'm running stasis hunter with mask of bakris.
Been pairing my mmccx with RF+KT with a harmony Wolftone draw with low draw time and impulse amplifier. Really enjoyable.
I have a heap of good rolls and my favorite is attrition orbs + kill clip. That extra orb in combat is dropping way more often than I'd have thought and using it for healing/ability regen/woven mail+tangles on a Cyterachne's Facade which has been a very fun gameplay loop. Even in controller I've been going for the rangier roll (not fullbore though) and I still find the weapon is great

I like my Dynamic Sway and Tap the Trigger roll, it's not max range but 20 meters isn't bad
the under over/target lock roll dropped in my post master and I was like "this could be good!?"....needless to say it's good!
I ultimately landed on DSR + Kinetic Tremors for PvP with a full ranged roll (using Hammer forged though so could be higher) and Attrition Orbs + KT fully into Stability and man, these two will never leave my side.
I'm looking for an Underover + KT roll though. Needless to say I love Kinetic Tremors on this weapon and deterministic recoil makes this thing way less of a wild animal as the older one felt like (for me).
I love how the weirdos with no life who argue grinding for random rolls over crafting caught a stray at the end 😂

Exactly. I want to take a good Biting Winds into crucible. Not run around on Europa doing boring quests trying for 3 years and never getting it. On a net basis, the game is way more fun if I could spend 10 hours grinding the bow and the remaining 490 actually using it in meaningfully

Multimach has been my favorite smg of all time, and I’m so happy it came back
Skulking wolf makes this smg top 3 imo. Dueling an smg user and winning lets you go off radar and take advantage of being off radar to get in. The people on pulses or autos will use their radar to put you outside your optimal range, but you can take away that advantage and trick them into a bad position. I also think kill clip is far better than people give it credit for because you can get it up with skulking wolf and become the ultimate ambush predator.
That being said, KT is probably still best in slot because it helps you punch outside your range band, and will only get better with enhanceable perks. Multimach may not have the best up front profile like immortal or unending tempest do, but it puts in work and is absolutely worth it to put time into.
Iron Reach iron gaze, has me mapping people close range. And I love it
"mapping close range". Sir you do know that "mapping" literally means killing over a very long distance?
Another important thing to plan ahead for is that come Final Shape Multimach will be enhanceable, which will mean you should be able to change out barrel and mag perks to what you want as well as getting enhanced perks, like enhanced Kinetic Tremors which makes it take one less bullet to activate so it'll come up way more often.
Chris Proctor himself confirmed that you will not be able to change the barrel and mag. That ability is reserved only for adept raid weapons

SMGs are very hit or miss for me as an M&K player, but my rangefinder target lock Multimach just feels good to use in pvp in a way very few legendary SMGs do. it's up there with my grip kill clip Mida Mini-tool but the range and stability to just beam people is delightful
Finally got a decent one MT KC, steady rounds, small bore stability masterwork would maybe try and go for one with a bit more range

With all the videos and Twitter warriors coming out and bashing crafting saying "its ruined destiny" I'm glad we have a creator who's good and pve and pvp that is just as mad at RNG as everyone else who gets screwed over by long grind sessions just to not get the rolls you're looking for. Especially glad that its cammy. Every time this man uploads you get to see some fire gameplay, learn something, and witness some of the funniest warcrimes possible in Destiny.
I got a dynamic with kinetic tremors, and it's always one bullet off to proc kinetic tremors, meaning if you enhance the perk it will proc every time to either finish the target or leave a dmg pool behind, the only thing I wish is that it had is wild card, it would make a little pool of telesto shots and kinetic tremor dmg, but that's me just wishing for that

I eventually got two 4/5 rolls, one with rangefinder/kc and one with moving target/kt and while they felt good, i think i’ll stick with my submission or my older hipfire/KC multimach.
Cammy friendly reminder that this will be enhanceable and enhanced DSR procs fully 2 bullets faster which is kinda huge cause now that feeds a lot sooner into the optimal TTK

Still held on to 2 of my old multimach that also feel great. Smgs are fun, man. I hope they don't keep catching nerfs.

I have the controller roll with killing wind and iron grip with all the range on the previous Multimach. Makes it really hard for me to farm a new one I have two perks you can't farm anymore

This might be weird but I've just been using Final Warning as a close range option and I think it might be a sleeper option, as are most exotic sidearms in the current meta

Underover + Target lock is actually freaking fantastic. One of the first SMGs I love on roller

If I'm running pk titan with a kinetic smg like Multimach I'm going all in for cqc, arc sudden death with elemental/threat, duality like in the first gameplay clip, retold tale, or a matador.
why? you get caught at range you die you're a weird almost anchor just practice sniping or bring a scout or pulse

I had a semi maxed range room that had dynamic and iron reach with a stability mw. Twas nice, but then I got one with kc, and I discarded it. Kc on multi is awesome

Actually there is a lightweight SMG you can still get with zen moment, the Escape Velocity and I have one with zen moment.
Tbh havent grinded iron banner since they last brought this thing back, my old roll is model 8 red, accurized rounds, killing wind, iron grip with a range masterwork. I ususally used peacekeepers or ophidians with one loader on. Might try to get a new one just for the origin trait.

Although zoom not giving range anymore Rf still provides the zoom which inherently helps aim assist further in range

I legitimately was curious why Cammy suggested Target Lock at the beginning of the video but he never explained. It got nerfed and would be VERY unlikely to activate or sway a gunfight or tweak kill time/forgiveness. So I don't really get why it was suggested at all?
Target lock does a few things, garuntees .67 TTK regardless of resil within your range, extends that .67 capable range by 2m similar to iron reach, and extends your .73/.8 even farther, helps deal with overshields/healing/Dr, and hurts supers. Its essentially iron reach/vorpal/under over if you don't miss.
Also you should check up on the math actually, even just talking TTKs at 20% mag you make lights a garunteed .67 instead of being resil checked at 10, you make aggressives a .67 up to 5, and precisions a .7 up to 5 as well. Foundry has the TTKs correct and you can check everything there.

eh, I would love to agree that this gun is good, but huckleberry kinda spoiled me. “lower ttk” higher range and same stability. Rampage and spinning up disregard the only benefit multimach gave to me, which was the faster ttk, so I just dont like it that much.

Everyone is taking about the smg don't sleep on the very competitive pulse. I say kc is the second column no brainer because of sw you can really kill chain.

I still vastly prefer Multimach to Submission simply because Submission feels like trying to control a wild mule. I don't care what the stat bar *says,* the recoil is absurd.
You know, it really sucks that the current meta feels so bad to play right now. I feel like when the sandbox dropped, everyone was, for the most part, using the 'acceptable' things, so it didn't feel that terrible to play. Then as time went on, the cracks in the meta started to show, then the multiplex weekend felt like it blasted that door open of people realizing just how slow they can force the game to become, even once off that map. The worst part, is that there's no large standout THING that players can point to right now to show why it feels so bad, just a combination of small things everywhere that result in the 'optimal play' to be severely unfun.
Maybe if we we're allowed to jump and slide, yknow, move in the game known for its movement, without being so penalized, there'd be some light at the end of the tunnel for all of this.
Any perk recommendation for pairing it with fighting lion? I've been using it for cleanup and haven't gotten much value out of the 4th column
