I think there is a lot more to add here..
If you have a headset, especially the pulse, you should do the following:
PS5 sound settings.
Turn the headset 3D audio off, it destroys the audio for GT7.
Set the output format to Linear PCM.
EQ settings (press PS button)
Bass - Trebble: 2, -1, -1, 6, 5
Finally, turn the mic off, then the engine and transmission noises up, leave the rival cars at the default, turn tires up to 1.

Usually that's because most turbo cars don't even have them and are internally wastegated from factory shop there's not blowing off to hear
