First off your room is very much like mine Something that has also helped me was getting a day bed it’s a twin size but doubles as a full if needed (for company or something) but mostly use it as a twin but gives you options also can Dress it with pillows during the day make it look like a couch.
Second thing that helped was instead of a long dresser I got a tall dresser with 5 shelves that go upward that way it doesn’t take up as much floor space.
But Goodluck I have a small room and a lot of clothes it’s a struggle 😭

I definitely agree with the bed change & wish I didn’t upgrade to a full cause a XL twin would’ve been better for me to have more space for other things; adulting pressure is horrendous 😭😂🙃
Don't waste your money on storage. Just get the twin, sell the full and save the money to buy another bed when you want a larger one....

I'm 23 and have a twin bed mostly because my room won't be able to fit a full/queen bed also I like my twin bed it's just perfect I don't feel the need to get a bigger one and for your room a twin does make sense because the room does look small.
