It's impressive and commendable how you've defended the group of people you disagree with. We shouldn't take our history from a person who's not an expert in this regard, especially when they're seeing things from one lens: religious. They don't understand that the world doesn't revolve around religion, and particularly theirs. I don't count myself as a liberal, and I'm really ignorant in this regard. But being a history lover, I don't want religion to be mixed with politics.
Unfortunately in our society people are following ridiculous, illogical and rubbish type of content. That's the reason the truth is hidden and masses of people unaware of the realities of our society. There are few people shouting for truthfulness but a huge portion of the social media followers belong to rumours!

I agree with you. The propaganda against liberals or seculars in general is incorrect that they are just a tool of foriegn powers.
Infact liberals are not a monolith. Neither are Socialists. There are serious disagreements among them. Nor are so called Pakistani right wing a monolith. There are serious disagreements among them as well.

I think it's always a good thing to approach any idea from an academic or philosophical point of view and analyze it's core principles and foundation rather than engaging with a caricature or conspiracy theory of it, even if the purpose is to critique the idea. A critique built on nuanced understanding of the idea will mostly if not always be stronger than the strawman arguments made against a misunderstanding of the idea.
Though ofcourse strawman arguments, conspiracy theories and rhetoric can always drown out the truth unfortunately when it comes to the public sphere or social media. And even more frustrating is the fact that most people in Pakistan cannot think outside of religion. They don't understand that a person can approach a topic from a secular point of view without abandoning their faith. We do this in science all the time by assuming philosophical materialism as the basis. I suppose the only remedy to that is a better education system.

Sir I see every lecture that you share on You Tube because you present every lecture in simple and easy way. But Sir, my simple question is that: Why do ideologies or ideas compete or stand against with each other like Socialism, Capitalism, and Islamic fundamentalism? Why these ideologies or ideas want to win against each other? What is the core reason behind them?
Because everyone of them wants to hold power and implement their system. This is called politics in simple terms.
