- I know that this one is a little bit off season, but it is one of my favorite flavour combination!
It is a Mont Blanc in disguise composed with a crunchy sweet dough, a moist chestnut almond cream with blueberry, a black current and blueberry compote, a light mascarpone vanilla whipped cream, a crunchy vanilla swiss meringue and a chestnut mousseline cream.
The furry ribbon is a caramel marshmallow with caramel sponge crumbs.

I’m more curious about the planning stage of these things, especially things like the teapot he did, there’s no way you just go “alright let’s make a teapot cake” and end up with that with minimal planning
@DarkDruidsVale I don't remember which video it was, but I saw one, where he showed more of his designing process, such as using the computer to design and print out/cutting templates. I can't even remember what the final product was!
@@jolynarterbury1980 that at least answers how he gets the templates, did he use it to prefab the general build as well?
@DarkDruidsVale I'm not sure. In other videos, he shows himself making his own molds, for things. He uses some kind of machine, to cut the acetate.
@@jolynarterbury1980In the queen's crown he showed the vector designs that were sent to the laser cutter he uses to cut the acetate (probably polyethylene actually) sheets. He also uses the laser cutter to cut sheets of chocolate, like shown in the dartboard video. I know this off-hand because I watched both inside the last hour or two.
The patience this must have took, wow!! It was worth it though, looks amazing!!!
