There’s a couple good bands that blend country and metal quite well.

I've never had a single song singlehandedly change my perception of an artist quite like this one. The first two songs I heard were the Sellout and Rockstar ones through radio and I hated it because it's the two things I hate about both genres, hickhop and buttrock. Knowing he's got more of a satirical side made me do a complete 180 on him xD

Hardy has a song called Boots, it is definitely mostly country. However, you can tell by the double bass drums so subtlety put in to it he was building up to this. There's some nice ''heavier' guitar riffs in it here and there for a 99 percent country song. But i feel that song was one of the precursors to this, along with his song Sold Out, which is much more 'in your face'. Great reaction, and I love Radio Song.

Do “i aint in the country no more” by hardy. You wont regret it. Make that your last one for a while lol. I like when metalheads discover hardy. He screams in that song too

"I ain't in the country no more". Banger. Probably his most purely rock song

If you listen to mockingbird and the crow on his new album it’s literally the transition from country to rock

Sorry if my comment sounded rude Jacob. It wasn’t my intention if it did.

Nice! You picked up on Hardy doing some of the SCREAMING at the end. Jeremy sings one of the country lines of you listen closely as well. Lol.

Have you noticed that on the harder songs. like this it shows the 'CROW' part of the album picture. On songs like Red, it has the 'mockingbird side? They thought of every detail!

At the end a lot of the screaming is Hardy himself :)

so...funny side note about hardy...bilmuri has a song called "corn fed yetis"...hardy does the screamed vocals at the end of that song. definitely a must listen if you haven't already.

I know you said you're done with Hardy for a while but he did the screaming vocals on Bilmuri's song Corn Fed Yetis that really showcases his screaming ability, definitely check it out!

You're the first reactor to hone in on at the end of the 2nd chorus that HARDY's scream is layered with Jeremy McKinnon's

I know you say you wanna take a break from it but the song “sold out” by hardy showcases his vocal range the best. But keep in mind, he’s clearly just dabbling his feet into transitioning to metal.
