The BMRC is a group of model railroaders from all over the southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio area who are actively working on building and operating a large HO scale model railroad based on the Chesapeake & Ohio and Clinchfield railroads in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia and Tennessee. The club currently has 33 members.
BMRC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and is open “FREE” regularly to the public and schools, scouts, churches, service clubs, and other groups. Membership is open and student membership is open from age 15 (12 with a parent) through college as long as he/she remains a student. Present member ages range from 16 to 84. All its members come from communities around the Blissfield area. - Věda a technologie

Well hello there. I remember these when I was a youngster. I used to put em together and have alot of fun. I don't have the technology skills you all have. But they were always interesting to me as a girl. Beautiful trains. Loving that cobalt blue. Runs really smooth. Tysm for sharing

@@Fadedecho1 Hi again Linda.. yes, sometimes it does feel like we outgrow it.. but that's not true. It is very much there.. as I have found out numerous times. I do much Structure building in HO.. very rewarding by itself. And I look forward to purchasing new motive power from the current crop of manufacturers who are marvellously integrating electronics+mechanicals into their products.
In all it is a wholesome hobby which brings scenery, electronics, engineering, town planning, beauty and various other facets to us in miniature.
I do hope you take it up again.. share it with us too.

@@johnchandrav.1823 yes I agree. Once picked up again it starts all over. Take technology nowadays is so powerful. So different. And agriculture landscaping is so awesome for me as well. I always asked was I supposed to be a boy lol. But all that just interest me. So yes you enjoy as well. Ok will do. You take care as well. ☺️

Few colors are more brilliant or beautiful than new Conrail paint. Gorgeous Fall layout. Nice rock cuts, good train speeds and lots of action.

Finally, someone has taken some excellent quality video of this wonderful layout. I didn't come here for the fancy loco's and cars but for the amazing scenery. I belonged to the club back in 2005 to 2007 and ran on the old layout upstairs. It was another quality layout as well. Thanks for posting.

Blissfield Model Railroad has a wonderful layout and Scale Trains makes a wonderful product (currently waiting on my fifth ST locomotive to show up). I would like to see more videos of these two running together. You forgot to mention that Tyler Pate is also a fantastic rail photographer. I enjoy viewing his Flickr page. Perhaps Scale trains could add a link to his page so others could enjoy his photography.

The Rivit Counter rolling stock, is that what they refer to as Proto 87?
Any tips on how to speed match the GEVO with the sd40-3? I have both and have no clue how to do it.

Hate to be a dork, but Google "Tank Train". That which is in this video is no Tank Train. GATX's Tank Trains are a mysterious wonder.

Speed matching Loksound 5 with older Loksound models is a pain.
Not really, the only difficult part for me was matching the momentum. The Loksound 5 C39-8 in the video only took me ten minutes to match to the Loksound 4 SD40-2’s. Once the momentum was matched, the V-Mid was the only thing that needed changed.

They should, if the Hornby is OO and the Atlas is HO.
