This Guanacaste, Costa Rica beach house - formerly known as "Wood Box" - has been totally transformed, remodeled and optimized for AirBNB! It is now a six-bedroom, cheery and beachy property that feels right for the perfect beach vacation.
We're happy to be celebrating #Mattvent Day 22 with this overview of how the current owners of what is now "Casa Bella Tortuga" transformed their beach house. I was happy to sell it the folks who purchased it in 2022 - it's a unique property in Playa Junquillal, Guanacaste Costa Rica - one that my family had previously rented during our own wonderful vacations years ago.
Bella Tortuga is a special place because it's extremely close to one of the best beaches in Guanacaste - our white sand beach, aptly named Playa Blanca. Its massive central room is the perfect space for gathering as a family, while the large number of patios, the comfortable outdoor pool area and the homes six spacious suites make it ideal for also having your own privacy.
