Good advice! Im thinking my suspension might've been too stiff, I was getting bucked from the rear it felt like. Is there a riding spot in the south sound to practice whoops like that?
@@evergreenenduro looks like you’re riding a KTM. I’ve used other suspension builders but I can say Kreft is the best especially with KTM/Husky this is what they do. Give them a call, Cameron hooked me up very detailed on what you’re wanting. All the guys I race with use Kreft.
@@evergreenenduro sorry I didn’t answer you question about a place to practice whoops. Capital forest Waddle creek area has some. Riverdale Trails down by the river, I did a OMRA Sprint Enduro there on 10/10 deep whoops. Tahuya also has some, it’s really rocky there.

You were ripping out there! This was my first race and all those whoops kicked my ass. Any tips for a newbie on how to get through them smoothly?
Suspension is a huge help. They also kicked my ass. Stand grip the bike with your knees, try to not grab the grips hard. Most of all have fun!
