Does anyone know the full name of the content creator that kevin mentioned around the 9:10 minute mark?. Obsidian something...
WE LOVE YOU FOR KEEPING IT REAL TASHA LOL

He did mention Obsidian in this interview, thats why i asked.. and others answered my question in the comment section. it is who you wrote. Thank you for your response though sir.
Notice how Kevin stopped talking every time Tasha K started talking. Hmmmm... Respecting the host and the platform.
Definitely picked up on that too. He really practices what he preach.
He interrupts everyone else. Maybe because she is agreeing with what he says.
@@sensation831able no. because he's on her platform
True that, I noticed that on Joe Budden show, he never talk over or interrupted Joe.

They look like Blue brand mics too. They got money-money.
Tasha visual, audio, & presentation style go hard af !
Her set is even better then Kevin's. I hope he got some tips from her because he looks great in this lighting.
I said the same thing lol Them mics are nice
“We pay the price when we are not together as a group”. Great statement.
If he only believed tht n was just saying it smh
I personally just loved to see a black man and woman have a intelligent and delightful conversation. This is the stuff us grown folks want to see.
First of all, shout out to Tasha for the unbelievably amazing camera quality.
With the lighting, gold mics sticking lighting, and Kevin you know he was gone dress to impress always Tasha should have dressed with the same fitness.

So nice to see a black man with a platform and a black woman with a platform have a decent conversation about our relationships with each other.

@Happy kl186 lol continue to be miserable lady.
That part

@Happy kl186 all the way up
I stumbled across the interview with Kevin Samuels on the Tasha K podcast. The conversation between Tasha and Kevin gave him the opportunity to shine from a different light. This man is so informative, well spoken and believe it or not he was very humble. His purpose and mission is to elevate the black woman to a level to prepare her mindset to acquire the benefits of a prosperous relationship. His truth was rejected by the majority, was he defeated, of course not, the effort to bring about change was his goal to inspire but until the light shines these women will continue to desire a man there not prepared for. Tasha K., Thank you for inviting Kevin Samuels to your show. RIP KS!!!!
Exactly. Many people stuck in their egos and denial about themselves and things of the like, won't listen to logic and focus on arguing their need to be right (pride/ego) instead of being accountable and growing to get what they want.
DO U KNOW THAT GOD LITERALLY TOOK SAMUELS COZ OF THE SAME THINGS HE TROLLED ESP. BLACK WOMEN WITH. TRUTH BUT DELIVERED BRUTALLY,HE IS NOT GOD AND CAN NOT HAVE ALL WOMEN ON EARTH. NO MAN PLAYS GOD, so be warned on what Ur calling elevations, lessons etc,etc 4 women so as 2 enjoy a HUMAN RELATIONSHIP. GOD IS LOVE AND EVEN HE BEING GOD AND THE 1 WHO CREATED US,DOES NOT FORCE US OR BRIBE US IN2 A RELATIONSHIP. IF A MAN LOVES RIGHT,TRUST U ME THE WOMAN WILL SUBMITT AUTOMATICALLY.
@@ojames1983 You are so correct.
@@jonesjois3169 Miss us with that projected made up foolery. When the truth is on point and someone like yourself doesn't want to be accountable for it, the typical response is like yours with projections, shaming tactics, extreme and variable this or that responses. 💀
I’m Sooooo sad he passed!! Sad he didn’t live long enough to find that committed woman, start the piece called Middle Ground, and the MIT in Atlanta for black men… just so much he wanted to do. RIP Mr. Kevin Samuels 🙏🏾

That's called " Professionalism"! Not every person has it!
True, however she cut her guest off a lot.
Exactly HES on HER platform so he knows that. When rude callers call kev, they try to over talk HIM on HIS platform. So easy to understand, to respect the host on their platform. Thats all he asks for, when he says dont overtalk me, cause its disrespectful. But wmost omen are just so selfish and undisciplined to understand that. And then call kevin a mysognist, mean guy. Pretty much.
I wasn't looking for a fight. I didn't even know who this dude was before this interview. Now that I do know who he is and I've researched him, I am a little disappointed with Tasha. This was a softball interview. She didn't challenge him on any of his more controversial opinions about black women and that is disappointing. This felt like two narcissists fawning over themselves.
But I stand by what I said earlier, black women get rid of those damn fake eyelashes. It looks like you have a paint brush on your face.

One of my biggest problems is Kevin telling ppl how to be to get a relationship but single himself. Make it make sense 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Also he does speak some truth but I don't rock with black men who disrespect us, we've been disrespected enough.
This is very interesting 🤔 when Kevin said he grew up around women and Tasha grew up around men. That definitely influences a lot of their attitude, choices and advice.
This is what you call balance!!
@Tom London never heard him say it but it makes sense for sure!
@Tom London I've only caught a few of shows all the way through and didn't hear it. Might be on me because as I like to multitask. Its good to hear other men talk about this. Having good mothers even with the absence of fathers can do a man well but we do need to surround ourselves around real leaders. It's been real frustrating as I see it in myself when growing up. Its not until I surrounded myself other well established men that I started to figure out that I couldn't do what women do in situations.

What I've learned is that people "claim" they want the 'truth', but in actuality they are more comforted with lies! People say "Keep It 100," but when someone like a Kevin Samuels/Tasha K do that, then the dragging commences. The real truth is people want to be lied to! Awesome, Interview!
Well said Kimberly. The truth is called hate and lying to someone is called love
Plato's Allegory of the Cave for 2400 years explains this. It is so true what you said.
People want a pretty lie instead of the ugly truth

Exactly take the time to listen and get your feelings our of it
Yesss sis 👏🏽👏🏽this is what we need to be championing

I respect that what he says is for the people who aspire to be where Kevin preaches one should be as a man who is so called a “High Valued Man” if you are a man who aspires to be what Kevin deems as a High Valued man, Kevin is telling the truth for you. However, if being a high valued man is your own definition and not what Kevin deems as High Valued, what Kevin preaches is not the truth for you. If you are a woman who designs herself after who she truly is as a woman who is true to self, what you deem as the proper man for you, is not what Kevin says you are only worthy of but what you know you ate worthy of, because you are true to yourself. In other words, you are not a woman who needs Kevin to guide you in your relationship to a man. High value and low valued is another way of dividing people based on perceived class and that class is based in physical looks, finances, and how one carries oneself in the eyes of those who look upon them and determine which class they fall into based on their looks and finances.

This is sooo true!! I’m noticing men are less apprehensive about speaking to me when I am casually dressed. Let me put “some clothes on” and it’s crickets!!😂😂
And what exactly is feminine energy? Cause I dont see alot of relationships with that type of energy or maybe its there but I dont see it? Idk
Even in a winery that man Kevin Samuels gone drink Red Bull 😂
Godfather pour that red bull like henny
I don’t think he drinks frfrrreal
He already said in his show that he doesn't drink. Honestly, more power to him. Very few people can abstain from alcohol lol
Lmbo
Gotta be careful
Definitely good to see this conversation take place. Big props to Tasha K and Kevin Samuels.
This whole conversation is one of the best, and healthiest things I've seen on the tube. Salute to all the maturity in the comments section as well.
He is telling the truth about black men and womem need to come together.
Great show
@MJ Like Gee Money said in New Jack City, "Man, we all we got!"
Sike !!!!
I am rooting for Kevin but I am out!!!
@@dreamchasahh ironic that you say that with "gucci" in your username 🥴
The two of them together are a force to be reckoned with. I pray this video becomes the catalyst for us all to think differently.
Agreed!
It was funny how they had so much in common
agreed
The energy from this is much needed ❤️
This was a great conversation. Thank you both. ♓️
Once BM and BW realize what WE have in One Another and 🛑 running against each other; We’d be UNSTOPPABLE TOGETHER! SALUTE FAMILY!
🙏
After watching Kevin for a while I've got on that Kanye workout plan
Salute to you ma'am 👍🏿

I really appreciate your level of professionalism and down to earth approach you ran your interview with. Much respect and a follower for life. There has been way too many people who aren't willing to listen, but rather talk and run their mouth. Much respect to you!!!
This was very very good. I love the togetherness and vibe. The video quality, background space, and gold mics wooo wee
That whole recording studio is sick !!!
Why u say the whole studio is sick
@@shahidahmuhammad5580 it's American slang for "nice, or really cool". Not actually sick as in "ill"
So amazing to see our black people exchange in a healthy positive way. This is what the mainstream media should be able to show the world not all the negatives...we are a creative people when we have unity! 😎
FACTS!!!
We just proved that we don't need MSM we can sit across from each other. Our women can rest in their feminine and we as BM can lead our community back to our greatness .Before the 1960 when our BW average weight was 125lb, 80% marriage rate. Countless self owned business that employeed countless black people.

White media’s job is to destroy our image.
This is a CZcams interview and it's not solving black men and women have. It damn sure ain't helping black women.
*I truly enjoyed your podcast, thank you Tasha and Kevin.* 💖
Everything about this interview and the last few interviews Tasha I have loved, very much a great detailed atmosphere especially the gold mic’s🎙, background and lighting❤️👏🏾
Black people need to start taking accountability for our own self destruction . Stop pointing fingers and take accountability. I have so Much respect for this interview. They laid it all out perfectly and honestly.
Stop it , white people put us also in the position we are in , if you say that .. then lets have our own land economy ? i bet you dont want us to have our own economy, because we will make most of the money for being inventive and creative *rolls eyes*
@@june7gemini still pointing fingers smh
@@june7gemini Speak for yourself, ain’t no white person put me in anything. I own 3 businesses making over 200k, gave multiple friends and family, jobs and more. When we as a community start to take accountability, then things will fall in line.
@@june7gemini at some point it's your choice to stay in that position it's not that you don't have options in this time.
@@june7gemini I see your point. Yeah accountability is important, but yall act like it didn t take a worldwide riot for police to stop killing Black people wholesale.
I can see them making a lot of money together and being friends
The future Tyler and Oprah? Who knows.
Hope so
They been doing that....y’all late again!
Never do business with friends so no !
I’d listen to a podcast of the two of them. Tasha has a way of saying what he’s saying in an easier way to digest, if that makes sense
I love the lighting for this podcast. It's different, unique and stylish. Great job Tasha!
Salute to any & every1 that owns up to their contributions to something going wrong. Accountability is priceless & empowering
KS is living rent free in a lot of people's heads, pleasing everybody means pleasing nobody.
It's like people are really dysfunctional in everyway. I don't get why people are accepting this bs. I wouldn't need anyone to brutally verbally attack me about anything I needed to change. Idk maybe it's just me!
@@divinitynicole6198 It's u (nothing wrong with that). Too many grown people need validation. Sad part is, they don't want 2 change anything negative about themselves...no accountability.
What????
This was a monumental moment 💜
To witness a Blk man and a Blk wmn sitting across from each other engaged in healthy dialogue!!!
