Hydro Cleansing's Drain Lining process provides a valuable solution to restore damaged, cracked and worn drainage pipes.
We make use of an efficient no dig technology. This causes minimal disruption and does not involve digging up of broken pipes to replace them.
Benefits of our Drain Lining Services:
    1. No digging or costly excavation
    2. No need for road or factory closure, minimal disruption
    3. Experienced lining engineers
    4. Time and money saving solution.
    The Process
    1. A full CCTV survey and inspection is conducted to locate any faults in the pipe leading to problems such as leaking and root intrusion.
    2. After deciding that new drain lining is required, an above the ground drain lining approach is used to feed a specially formulated resin in a flexible liner through the existing damaged pipe.
    3. Inflating the flexible liner to expand to the old pipe, the curing process then takes place.
    4. On completion the flexible liner is removed leaving a tightly fitted rigid new pipe.
    5. Lateral cuts can then be made.
Our video shows an example of the drain lining process from inspection to completion.

Looks great. How brittle or flexible is it to cope with normal ground and pipe movement especially in clay ground like much of London? How much warranty comes with it? 👊🏼

How long does this plastic lining last?, and if it got damage over time can it be renewed again without digging?

Yes but I would look at the spray system or the water main blue liner for small stuff under 100mm
